सं. डीडी/33/2014-डीसी/415/2014.—चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) एकाउं ट(cid:7286)(cid:6999)स र्(ृन(cid:7275)क और अ(cid:7008)य दिाचार के अ(cid:7008र्)ेषण और मामल(cid:7298) के संचालन क(cid:7409) (cid:7079)(cid:7408)(cid:7059)या) ननयम, 2007 के ननयम 18(17) और ननयम 19(1) के सा प(cid:7407)ठत चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) अकाउं टे(cid:6999)स अनधननयम, 1949 [चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) एकाउं ट(cid:7286)(cid:6999)स (संोधन) अनधननयम, 2006 (cid:7367)ारा या संोनधत] क(cid:7409) धारा 21ख(3) के उपबंध(cid:7298) के ननबंधनानुसार (cid:7088)ी राधाकांत दास (सद(cid:7021)यता सं. 062863), चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) एकाउं ट(cid:7286)ट, (cid:7061)ाम-नब(cid:7088)ीपट पी.ओ., नमा(cid:6981), नमदनापुर (पन(cid:7019)चम), कोलकाता-721166 को अनुासन सनमनत (cid:7367)ारा र्पू(cid:7299)(cid:6989)त अनधननयम क(cid:7409) दूसरी अनसूची के भाग II के खंड (1) के अा(cid:6981)(cid:7008)तग(cid:6981)त आनेर् ालेर् ृन(cid:7004)तक दिाचार का दोषी पाया गया और सनमनत ने यह आदे (cid:7408)दया (cid:7408)क र्पू(cid:7299)(cid:6989)त (cid:7088)ी राधाकांत दास (सद(cid:7021)यता सं. 062863) के नाम को दो (2) र्ष(cid:6981) क(cid:7409) र्अनध के नलए सद(cid:7021)य(cid:7298) के रन(िcid:7021)टर से हटा (cid:7408)दया ािए और सा ही उन पर 50,000 (cid:7271)पए (पचास हािर (cid:7271)पए) का ुिमा(cid:6981)ना भी अनधरोनपत (cid:7408)कया, नसिका संदाय अभी तक नह(cid:7277) (cid:7408)कया गया है । इसके अनुसरण म(cid:7286) और र्पू(cid:7299)(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 20 क(cid:7409) उपधारा (2) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए ता चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) अकाउं टे(cid:6999)स र्नननयम, 1988 के र्नननयम 18 के अधीन यह अनधसूनचत (cid:7408)कया ािता है (cid:7408)क उ(cid:6989)त (cid:7088)ी राधाकांत दास (सद(cid:7021)यता सं. 062863) का नाम तारीख 9 (cid:7408)दसंबर, 2016 से दो (2)र् ष(cid:6981) क(cid:7409) र्अनध के नलए सद(cid:7021)य(cid:7298) के रन(िcid:7021)टर से हट ािएगा ।

No. DD/33/2014-DC/415/2014.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 [as amended by Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Act, 2006] read with Rules 18(17) and 19(1) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, Shri Radhakanta Das (Membership No. 062863), Chartered Accountant, Village - Bishripat P.O., Narma, Midnapore (West), Kolkata-721 166 has been held guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Clause (1) of Part II of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act by the Disciplinary Committee which ordered for removal of the name of aforesaid Shri Radhakanta Das (Membership No. 062863) from the Register of Members for a period of two (2) years and also imposed a fine of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) which does not stand paid as on date. In pursuance thereof and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of said Shri Radhakanta Das (Membership No. 062863), shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of two (2) years with effect from 9th December, 2016.
