सासासासा....काकाकाका....निनिनिनि.... 1126112611261126((((अअअअ)))).—महापान न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 की 38) की धारा 124 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 132 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियोंं का प्रयग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा कचिन पर्ट ट्रस्ट के न्यासी मण्डल द्वारा बनाये गये कचिन पर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदन्नति) संशधन विनियम, 2016 का अनुमदन करती है एवं इस अधिसूचना में संलग्न अनुसूची में व्यक्त करती है।
2. उक्त संशधन विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृा हंगे।

महापान न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) के धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयग करते हुए कचिन पर्ट के न्यासीमंडल एतद्द्वारा कचिन पर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदन्नति) विनियम, 2010 में आगे का संशधन करने के लियेे निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, नामतः :-

(i) इन विनियमं क "कचिन पर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता अर पदन्नति) संशधन विनियम, 2016" कहा जायेगा।
(ii) ये विनियम, महापान न्यास अधिनियम,1963 की धारा 124 एवं 132 के प्रावधानों के तहत यथा अपेक्षित सरकारी राजपत्र में केन्द्र सरकार का अनुमोदन प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से लागू होंगे।

2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (i) वरिष्ठ चिकित्सा अधिकारी (विशेषज्ञ) पद के लिये क्रमांक.2(ख) में (क) कॉलम संख्या 5 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-"रु.20600-46500(पूर्व संशोधित रु.10750-16750)"
(ख) कॉलम संख्या 8 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-
"(i) एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस की डिग्री अथवा वरिष्ठ चिकित्सा अधिकारी (दंत्य), के लिये एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से बीडीएस की डिग्री।
(ii) एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विनिर्दिष्ट विशेषज्ञता में एक स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिग्री (पीजी) अथवा स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिप्लमा।
(iii) विशेषज्ञता के संबंधित क्षेत्र में किसी प्रख्यात अस्पताल में स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिग्री प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 3 वर्षं का पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन अनुभव एवं स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिप्लमा प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 5 वर्षं का अनुभव।"
(ग) कॉलम संख्या 13 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को मिटाया जायेगा।
(ii) उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (विशेषज्ञ) पद के लिये क्रमांक.3(ख) में
(क) कॉलम संख्या 5 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-
"रु. 24900-50500(पूर्व संशोधित रु. 13000-350-18250)"
(ख) कॉलम संख्या 8 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-
"(i) एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस की डिग्री।
(ii) एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विनिर्दिष्ट विशेषज्ञता में एक स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिग्री (पीजी) अथवा स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिप्लमा।
(iii) विशेषज्ञता के संबंधित क्षेत्र में किसी प्रख्यात अस्पताल में स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिग्री प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 7 वर्षं का पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन अनुभव अर स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिप्लमा प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 9 वर्षं का अनुभव।"
(ग) कॉलम संख्या 9(ग) में "नहीं" शब्द को "हां" शब्द के साथ प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।
(घ) कॉलम संख्या 12 के अंतर्गत निहित "रु.10750-16750"शब्दों एवं आँकड़ों को "रु.20600-46500 (पूर्व संशोधित रु.10750-16750" के साथ प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।
(डं) कॉलम संख्या13 के अन्तर्गत प्रविष्टियों को मिटाया जायेगा।
(iii) वरिष्ठ उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी पद के लिये, क्रमांक.4 में
(क) कॉलम संख्या 5 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-
"रु. 32900-58000 (पूर्व संशोधित रु. 16000-400-20800)"
(ख) कॉलम संख्या 8 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-
"(i) एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस की डिग्री।
(ii) एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विनिर्दिष्ट विशेषज्ञता में एक स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिग्री (पीजी) अथवा स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिप्लमा।
(iii) विशेषज्ञता के संबंधित क्षेत्र में किसी प्रख्यात अस्पताल में स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिग्री प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 10 वर्षं का पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन अनुभव अर स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिप्लमा प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 12 वर्षं का अनुभव।"
(ग) कॉलम संख्या 12 के अंतर्गत निहित "रु. 13000-18250 एवं रु.10750-16750"शब्दों एवं आँकड़ों को क्रमशः रु. 24900-50500(रु.13000-18250) एवं रु.20600-46500(पूर्व संशोधित रु.10750-16750)" के साथ प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।
भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] 3 (iv) मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी पद के लिये (श्रेणी-II पान) क्रमांक-5 में :- (क) कॉलम संख्या 5 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-"रु. 43200-66000(पूर्व संशोधित रु. 18500-450-23900)"
(ख) कॉलम संख्या 8 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-
"(i) एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस की डिग्री।
(ii) एक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विनिर्दिष्ट विशेषज्ञता में एक स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिग्री (पीजी) अथवा स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिप्लमा।
(iii) विशेषज्ञता के संबंधित क्षेत्र में किसी प्रख्यात अस्पताल में स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिग्री प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 13 वर्षं का पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन अनुभव अर स्नातकार चिकित्सा डिप्लमा प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 15 वर्षं का अनुभव।"
(ग) कॉलम संख्या 12 के अंतर्गत निहित "रु. 17500-22300 एवं रु.16000-20800"शब्दों एवं आँकड़ों को क्रमशः रु.36600-62000(रु.17500-22300) एवं रु.32900-58000 (पूर्व संशोधित 16000-20800)" के साथ प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016
G.S.R. No. 1126 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (1) of Section 124, read with Sub-section (1) of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016 made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Cochin and set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.
2. The said Amendment Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
SCHEDULE
COCHIN PORT TRUST
Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Cochin Port hereby makes the following Regulations to further amend the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, namely:-
I. Short Title and Commencement
(i) These Regulations may be called as "the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016"
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government as required under the provisions of Sections 124 and 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 in the Gazette of India.
2. In the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, in the Schedule, under the Medical Department :-
(i) for the post of Sr. Medical Officer (Specialist) at Sl. No. 2(b). --
(a) the entries under column No. 5 shall be substituted as under:-

(b) the entries under column No.8 shall be substituted as under:-
" i) MBBS degree from a recognised University or for Senior Medical Officer (Dental), BDS degree of a recognised University.
ii) A Post Graduate (PG) Medical Degree or PG Medical Diploma in the specified specialty from a recognised University.
iii) Post qualification experience of 3 years in case of PG Degree holders and 5 years experience in case of PG Diploma holders in the relevant field of specialization in a reputed hospital."
(c) The entries under column No.13 shall be deleted.
(ii) for the post of Dy. Chief Medical Officer (Specialist) at Sl. No.3(b).--
(a) the entries under column No. 5 shall be substituted as under:- "Rs.24900-50500 (pre-revised Rs.13000-350-18250)" (b) the entries under column No.8 shall be substituted as under:-
" i) MBBS degree from a recognized University.
ii) A Post Graduate (PG) Medical Degree or PG Medical Diploma in the specified specialty from a recognized University.
iii) Post qualification experience of 7 years in case of PG degree holders and 9 years experience in case of PG diploma holders in the relevant field of specialization in a reputed hospital."
(c) the words "(c). No" under column.No.9, shall be substituted by the words "(c). Yes"
(d) the words and figures "Rs.10750-16750" occurring under column No.12 shall be substituted by words and figures "Rs.20600-46500 (pre-revised Rs.10750-16750)".
(e) The entries under Column No.13 shall be deleted.
(iii) for the post of Sr. Dy. Chief Medical Officer at Sl. No.4.--
(a) the entries under column No. 5 shall be substituted as under:-
" Rs.32900-58000 (pre-revised Rs.16000-400-20800)"
(b) The entries under Column No.8 shall be substituted as under:-
"(i) MBBS degree from a recognized University.
(ii) A Post Graduate (PG) Medical Degree or PG Medical Diploma in the specified specialty from a recognized University.
(iii) Post qualification experience of 10 years in case of PG Degree holders and 12 years experience in case of PG Diploma holders in the relevant field of specialization in a reputed hospital."
(c) The words and figures "Rs.13000-18250" and "Rs.10750-16750" occurring under Column No.12 shall be substituted by words and figures "Rs.24900-50500 (pre-revised Rs.13000-18250)" and "Rs.20600-46500 (pre- revised Rs.10750-16750)" respectively.
(iv) for the post of Chief Medical Officer(Category -II ports) at Sl.No.5.--
(a) the entries under column 5 shall be substituted as under:- "Rs.43200-66000 (pre-revised Rs.18500-450-23900)"
(b) the entries under Column No.8 shall be substituted as under:-
" i) MBBS degree from a recognized University.
ii) A Post Graduate (PG) Medical Degree or PG Medical Diploma in the specified specialty from a recognized University.
