NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th December, 2016
S.O. 3686(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in column (2) of the Schedule below to be competent authorities for the purposes of the said Act and for the provisions of such of the sections as are specified against the said competent authorities in the corresponding entry in column (4) thereof, in respect of the areas specified in column (5) falling within the jurisdiction of the Odisha Mining Corporation Limited, Post Box Number 34, Bhubneswar- 751001, Odisha, as specified in column (3) of the said Schedule.
