सा.का.िन 1124(अ).सा.का.िन 1124(अ).सा.का.िन 1124(अ).सा.का.िन 1124(अ).———— महा पत्तन न्यास अिधिनयम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 132 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित, धारा 124 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते -ए के न्/ सरकार कं डला पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड द्वारा बनाए गए और इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में दिए गए कं डला पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नित) संशोधन िविनयम, 2016 का अनुमोदन करती है ।
2. उक्त संशोिधत िविनयम इस अिधसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।

महा पत्तन न्यास अिधिनयम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते -ए, कं डला पत्तन न्यास का न्यासी बोर्ड कं डला पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नित) िविनयम, 2009 में संशोधन हेतु निम्निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
1. (i) ये िविनयम, कं डला पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नित) संशोधन िविनयम, 2016 कहलाएंगे ।
(ii) वे भारत के राजपत्र में महा पत्तन न्यास अिधिनयम, 1963 की धारा 124 एवं 132 के प्रावधानों के तहत अपेक्षानुसार के न्/ सरकार के अनुमोदन के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]2. कं डला पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नित) िविनयम, 2009 में, अनुसूची में, उप मुख्य सतर्क ता अिधकारी के पद हेतु :-
(i) कॉलम सं -11 के तहत प्रविष्टियां, ''प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वाराप्रतिनियुक्ति द्वाराप्रतिनियुक्ति द्वाराप्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा'' शब्द द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
(ii) कॉलम सं-12 के तहत प्रविष्टियां, निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :-
"महापत्तन न्यासों में समकक्ष पद धारण करने वाले अधिकारियों अथवा महापत्तन न्यासों में O. 20600-46500
(O. 10750-16750 संशोधन पूर्व) के वेतनमान में उस Pेड में तीन वर्ष की नियमित सेवा पूरी कर चुके
अधिकारियों में से और ऐसा न होने पर कें //राज्य सरकार/सार्वजनिक उपTमों/ स्वायत्तशासी निकायों में समान Pेड में कार्य करने वाले अधिकारियों से प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा ।
सतर्कता कार्य में अनुभव रखनेवाले व्यक्तियों को प्राथमिकता दी जायेगी। चयन योग्यता के आधार पर किया जायेगा जिसके लिए वार्षिक निष्पादन मूल्यांकन रिपोर्ट में समग्र श्रेणीकरण में निर्धारित स्तर "बहुत अच्छा" से कम नहीं होगा।''

G.S.R. 1124(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 124, read with Sub-section (1) of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Kandla Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016 made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kandla and set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.
2. The said Amendment Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
SCHEDULE
Kandla Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Acts, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Port of Kandla hereby makes the following Regulations to amend the Kandla Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2009, namely :-
1. (i) These Regulations may be called as the Kandla Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government as required under the provisions of Section 124 and 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 in the Gazette of India.
2. In the Kandla Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2009, in the Schedule, for the post of Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer -
(i) the entries under Column 11 shall be substituted by the words,
"By deputation"
(ii) the entries under Column 12 shall be substituted by the following:-
(iii) "Deputation from officers of Major Port Trusts holding analogous posts or officers holding posts in the pay scale of Rs.20600-46500 (Rs. 10750-16750 pre-revised) with 3 years regular service in the grade in Major Port Trusts failing which from officers of the Central Govt./ State Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Bodies with similar grade.
भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(ii)] 3Preference will be given to the persons having experience in vigilance work.
The selection will be by merit for which the benchmark in overall grading in the APARs will not be below 'Very Good'."

G.S.R. 1125(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 124, read with Sub-section (1) of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016 made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Paradip and set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.
2. The said Amendment Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
SCHEDULE
Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion)
Amendment Regulations, 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Acts, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip hereby makes the following Regulations to amend the Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2011, namely :-
1. (i) These Regulations may be called as the Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government as required under the provisions of Section 124 and 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 in the Gazette of India.
2. In the Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2011, in the Schedule, for the post of Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer - (i) the entries under Column 11 shall be substituted by the words,
