का.आ. 3998(अ).—हज समिति अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 35) की धारा 15 (1) के साथ पठित धारा 3, 4, 5 तथा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषित होने की तारीख़ से 08 जून, 2019 तक की अवधि के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (i) के अंतर्गत श्री मुज़फ्फर हुसैन बेग़, संसद सदस्य, लोक सभा को श्री तारिक़ हमीद कर्रा, पूर्व संसद सदस्य, लोक सभा के स्थान पर भारतीय हज समिति के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, और इस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार के विदेश मंत्रालय की दिनांक 09 जून, 2016 की अधिसूचना सं का.आ. 2024 (अ) में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करती है, नामतः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या (3) तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविश्टियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविश्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः-

[फा. सं. 1/2/2016-हज] जे. आलम, संयुक्त सचिव (वक्फ एवं हज)नोटः- भारतीय हज समिति के सदस्य को नियुक्त करने की प्रमुख अधिसूचना दिनांक 09 जून, 2016 के सं का.आ. 2024 (अ), के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में प्रकाषित की गई थी। तत्पश्चात, चार अधिसूचनाएं दिनांक 14 जून, 2016 की सं. का.आ. 2105(अ), दिनांक 17 जून, 2016 की सं. का.आ. 2148(अ), दिनांक 27 जून, 2016 की सं. का.आ. 2219(अ) तथा दिनांक 01 जुलाई, 2016 की सं. का.आ. 2283(अ) जारी की गईं थीं। 5689 GI/2016 (1) . 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF MINORITY AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016 S.O. 3998(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3,4,5 and 6 read with Section 15(1) of the Haj Committee Act, 2002(35 of 2002), The Central Government, hereby appoints Shri Muzaffar Hussain Baig, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha in place of Mr Tariq Hameed Karra, formerly Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, as a member of Haj Committee of India under sub section(i) of Section 4 of the said Act, for a period upto 8th June 2019 with effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of External Affairs number S.O. 2024(E), dated 9th June 2016, namely:—

Note:- The Principal notification for appointing the member to the Haj Committee of India was published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O. 2024(E) dated 9th June 2016. Subsequently, four notifications numbers S.O.2105(E) dated 14th June 2016, S.O.2148(E) dated 17th June 2016, S.O. 2219(E) dated 27th June 2016 and S.O. 2283(E) dated 01st July 2016 were issued.
