dk-vk- 4024¼v½-—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, राजस्थान राज्य में बून्दी जिले में, उत्तरी बाईपास कोटा फेस-II गामछ मेघा हाईवे (एस.एच. 33 पर) से बल्लोप (एन.एच. 12 पर) का निर्माण अनुरक्षण, प्रंबध और प्रचालन के लिये उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित जिलों, तालुकों, पुलिस थानों और गाँवों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भू-खण्ड के सम्बंध में इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिये सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

S.O. 4024(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officer mentioned in column (2) of the schedule annexed hereto as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the column (3) of the said schedule relating to district, talukas, police stations and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) & (7) respectively of the said schedule the Northern Bypass–Kota, Phase–II for building (widening/four laning, etc., maintenance, management and operation of Northern Bypass–Kota, Phase–II in the State of Rajasthan.

Acquisition of land in respect of Northern Bypass – Kota, Phase – II from Gamach Megha Highway (on SH-33) to Ballop (NH-12) in the State of Rajasthan.
