lk-dk-fu- 1135¼v½.—महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (6) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) के खंड (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित तालिका में क्रम सं. 1-4 के सामने उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को इस अधिसूचना के भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से 31-03-2018 तक की अवधि के लिए कोलकाता पत्तन न्याास के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती हैैः-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th December, 2016
G.S.R. 1135(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned against serial number 1-4 in the table below, to be trustees on the Board of Trustees of the Kolkata Port Trust from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India for the term up to 31.03.2018 (2016-2018):-
