NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th November, 2016

S.O. 4021(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to districts, taluk, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening two four-laning, etc) maintenance, management and operation of the National Highways No. 167 in the State of Telangana.

SCHEDULE

Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 167 in the State of Telangana on the stretch from km. 182/120 to 227/60 (Maganoor-Makthal) including its Toll plaza, realignment etc.
