सा.का.नन.1140(अ).– के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, पया(cid:6981र्)रण (संर(cid:6979)ण) अनधननयम, 1986 (1986 का 29) क(cid:7409) धारा 3 क(cid:7409) उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खंड (V) और उपधारा (3) के सा प(cid:7407)ठत धारा 25 (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, आ(cid:7076)(cid:6981)भूनम (संर(cid:6979)ण और (cid:7079)बंधन) ननयम, 2010 का और संोधन करने के नलए नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत ननयम बनाती है, अा(cid:6981)त् :-

1. (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7009)त नाम आ(cid:7076)(cid:6981)भूनम (संर(cid:6979)ण और (cid:7079)बंधन) संोधन ननयम, 2016 है ।

(2) ये रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) इनके (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृ(cid:7004)त ह(cid:7298)गे ।

2. आ(cid:7076)(cid:6981)भूनम (संर(cid:6979)ण और (cid:7079)बंधन) ननयम, 2010 म(cid:7286),

(i) ननयम 2 के उपननयम (1) के खंड (ख) के (cid:7021)ान पर नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत रखा ािएगा, अा(cid:6981)त्:--

''(ख) ''(cid:7079)ानधकरण'' से पया(cid:6981र्)रण (संर(cid:6979)ण) अनधननयम, 1986 क(cid:7409) धारा 3 क(cid:7409) उपधारा (3) के अधीन या अनधसूनचत के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय आ(cid:7076)(cid:6981)भूनम र्नननयामक (cid:7079)ानधकरण अनभ(cid:7079)ेत है;'';

(ii) ननयम 5 के उपननयम (1) और उपननयम (2) का लोप (cid:7408)कया ािएगा ।

4 (cid:7408)दसंबर, 2010 (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)कानत (cid:7408)कए गए े और त(cid:7004)प(cid:7391)ात् सा.का.नन. सं. 252(अ), तारीख 24 माच(cid:6981), 2011 ;

सा.का.नन. सं. 617(अ), तारीख 22 अग(cid:7021)त, 2014, सा.का.नन. सं. 824(अ), तारीख 14 र्नंबर, 2014 और सा.का.नन. 481(अ), तारीख 3 मई, 2016 (cid:7367)ारा संोधन (cid:7408)कया गया ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14 December, 2016

G.S.R1140 (E) .– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 read with sub-section (1) and clause (v) of

sub-section (2) and sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby make the following rules further to amend the Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Rules, 2010, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Amendment Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. In the Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Rules, 2010,

(i) for clause (b) of sub- rule (1) of rule 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

" (b) "Authority" means the Central Wetlands Regulatory Authority as notified under sub- section (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986,";

(ii) sub - rules (1) and (2) of rule 5 shall be omitted.
