New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016.
S. O. 4022(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, dated the 3rd February, 1997, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide, number S.O. 79(E), dated the 4th February, 1997, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
Member".
"6. Dr. Harmeet Singh Rehan, Professor and Head, Department of Pharmacology, Lady HardingMedical College, New Delhi.

O. 4023(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India inभारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(ii)] 3 the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation, dated the 27th February, 1971, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide, number G.S.R. 301(E), dated the 1st March, 1971, namely:-
In the said notification, for item (xvi) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
(For a period of three years from the date of
publication of this notification)".
"(xvi) Dr. Harmeet Singh Rehan, Professor and Head, Department of Pharmacology, Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi.
