सं. 13-सी.ए. (परीक्षा)/आई.एस.ए./दिसम्बर/2016.—चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्‌स रेगुलेशन 1988 के रेगुलेशन 204 के अनुसार, दि काँसिल ऑफ दि इंस्टीट्‌यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्टस ऑफ इण्डिया को अधिसूचना जारी करने में प्रसन्नता है कि, इनफॉरमेशन सिस्टम्स अॅाडिट (आई.एस.ए.) कोर्स की निर्धारित परीक्षा (असेसमेन्ट टेस्ट) पुराना व नया पाठ्‌यक्रम (जो कि इंस्टीट्‌यूट के सदस्यों के लिए है) दिनांक 24 दिसम्बर 2016 (शनिवार) को प्रातः 10.30 बजे से 2.30 बजे सांय तक निम्नलिखित शहरों (केन्द्रों) पर होगी, बशर्ते कि प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा के लिये पर्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी आवेदन करते हैं।

परिषद अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिये रद्‌द कर सकती है। यह परीक्षा इंस्टीट्‌यूट के केवल उन पात्र सदस्यों के लिये है, जो कि पहले से ही इस पाठयक्रम के लिए पंजीकृत ह,ैैं तथा संबंधित पात्रता संबधी आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हैं। इस परीक्षा (असेसमेन्ट टैस्ट) के लिये परीक्षा शुल्क `2000/- (दो हजार रूपये) मात्र है।

इस परीक्षा के लिये ऑनलाइन आवेदन दिनांक 23 नवंबर, 2016 से http://isaat.icaiexam.icai.org पर ही किया जाना चाहिये, और `2100/-शुल्क (`2000/-परीक्षा शुल्क तथा `100/-आवेदन शुल्क हेतु)े जिसका ऑनलाइन भुगतान मास्टर/वीजा/मेस्टो्र क्रेडिट अथवा डेबिट कार्ड द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए । वैकल्पिक रूप से आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्‌यूट की वेबसाइट www.icai.org से प्रिन्ट करके परीक्षा शुल्क `2000/-तथा `100/ आवेदन शुल्क जोडकर अर्थात `2100/- के डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के साथ, जो कि किसी भी सूचीकृत बैंक द्वारा 'सचिव' दि इंस्टीट्‌यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टन्ेट्‌स ऑफ इंडिया के पक्ष में होना चाहिये और उसकी अदायगी नई दिल्ली पर हो, के साथ भी उप सचिव (परीक्षा), दि इंस्टीट्‌यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्‌स ऑफ इंडिया, आईसीएआई भवन, इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग, नई दिल्ली-110002 केा इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि, वह हर हाल में दिनांक 7 दिसम्बर, 2016 या उससे पूर्व पहुॅच जाय । दिनांक 7 दिसम्बर, 2016, के पश्चात प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र किसी भी परिस्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे।

No.13-CA(EXAM)/ISA/December/2016.—In pursuance of Regulation 204 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify that the Information Systems Audit (ISA) Course Assessment Test (Old as well as New Syllabus) (which is open to the members of the Institute) will be held on 24th December, 2016 (Saturday) from 10.30 AM to 2.30 PM (IST) at the following cities provided that sufficient number of candidates offer themselves to appear therefrom.

The Council reserves the right to withdraw any centre at any stage without assigning any reason. The above Test is open only to the Members of the Institute who are already registered with the Institute for the ISA course and fulfill the eligibility criterion laid down. The fee payable for the above Assessment Test is ` 2000/-.

An application for admission to the Assessment Test is required to be submitted online by visiting http://isaat.icaiexam.icai.org and the sum of ` 2100/- (` 2000/- as examination fees and ` 100/- towards the examination form) has to be paid online using Master/Visa/Maestro Credit or Debit Card on or from 23rd November, 2016. Alternatively, the format of application form can be downloaded from the website of the Institute viz. www.icai.org and the cost of the application form of ` 100/- can be added to the Assessment Test fee of ` 2000/- and the Demand Draft for ` 2100/- of any Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of "The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India", payable at New Delhi only has to be sent to the Deputy Secretary (Exams), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110002 so as to reach him on or before 7th December, 2016. The applications received after 7th December, 2016 will not be entertained under any circumstances.
