का.का.का.का.आ.आ.आ.आ. 4042404240424042((((अअअअ).).).).———— केंद्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भुमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी, कलेक्टोरेट, कलाहांडि (Land Acquisition Officer, Collectorate, Kalahandi) को ओडिशा राज्य में निचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-26 के कि.मी. 181.00 से कि.मी. 239.280 तक के निर्माण (चौडा करने/चार लेन बनाने आदि) अनुरक्षण प्रबंध और प्रचालन के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन के तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रुप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2016
S.O. 4042(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Land Acquisition officer, Collectorate , Kalahandi as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 181.00 to km 239.280 of the National Highway No. 26 for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Odisha as specified in the Schedule given below.
