के (cid:3)(cid:4)ीय सरकार के संतु(cid:11) हो जाने पर (cid:12)क लोकिहत म(cid:14) ऐसा करना अपेि(cid:18)त है, औ(cid:20)ोिगक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947(1947 का 14) क(cid:23) धारा 2 के ख(cid:25)ड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) के उपबंध(cid:30) के अनुसरण म(cid:14) लोह अय(cid:31)क खनन उधोग म(cid:14) लगे उ(cid:20)ोग(cid:30) क(cid:23) सेवाएं जो (cid:12)क औ(cid:20)ोिगक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) क(cid:23) !थम अनुसूची क(cid:23) !िवि(cid:11) 16 म(cid:14) शािमल ह%, को जैसा (cid:12)क इस मं&ालय क(cid:23) (cid:12)दनांक 06.06.2016 क(cid:23) अ िधसूचना +ारा उ- अिधिनयम के !योजन के िलए (cid:12)दनांक 18.06.2016 से छ: मास क(cid:23) कालाविध के िलए लोक उपयोगी सेवा अ िधसू िचत (cid:12)कया गया था।
और यह (cid:12)क, के (cid:3)(cid:4)ीय सरकार क(cid:23) राय है (cid:12)क लोकिहत म(cid:14) उ- कालाविध को छ: मास के िलए और बढ़ाया जाना अपेि(cid:18)त है।
अत:, अब, औ(cid:20)ोिगक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) क(cid:23) धारा 2 के ख(cid:25)ड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) के पर(cid:3)तुक +ारा !द/ शि-य(cid:30) का !योग करते 1ए, के (cid:3)(cid:4)ीय सरकार उ- उ(cid:20)ोग को उपरो- अिधिनयम के !योजन के िलए (cid:1)दनांक(cid:1)दनांक(cid:1)दनांक(cid:1)दनांक 18.12.201618.12.201618.12.201618.12.2016
से छ: मास क(cid:23) कालाविध के िलए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोिषत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2016
S.O. 4047(E).— Whereas the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (vi) of the clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the services in Industry 'Iron Ore Mining Industry' which is covered by item 16 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 (14 of 1947 ) to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act, as was notified for a period of six months with effect from 18th June 2016 vide this Ministry's Notification dated 06.06.2016.
And whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that public interest requires the extension of the said period by a further period of six months.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Central Government hereby declares the said Industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the aforesaid Act, for a period of six months with effect from 18th December 2016.
