सा.का.नन. 1142(अ).—क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार, असंग(cid:7407)ठत कम(cid:6981)कार सामानकि सुर(cid:6979)ा अनधननयम, 2008 (2008 का 33) क(cid:7409) धारा 13 (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:6989)तय(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, असंग(cid:7407)ठत कम(cid:6981)कार सामानकि सुर(cid:6979)ा ननयम, 2009 का और संोधन करने के नलए नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत ननयम बनाती है, अा(cid:6981)त्:-

1. (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7009)त नाम असंग(cid:7407)ठत कम(cid:6981)कार सामानकि सुर(cid:6979)ा (संोधन) ननयम, 2016 है।

(2) ये रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृत ह(cid:7298)गे।

2. असंग(cid:7407)ठत कम(cid:6981)कार सामानकि सुर(cid:6979)ा ननयम, 2009, के ननयम 7, के उप-ननयम (2) के प(cid:7019)चात् नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत परंतुक अ(cid:7008)त:(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कया ािएगा, अा(cid:6981)त:-

"परंतु अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा-5 क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ग) के उप-खंड (iv) के अधीन नामनन(cid:7416)द(cid:7020)ट सद(cid:7021)य, क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7021)ानपत सनमनतय(cid:7298) और आयोग(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) ननयु(cid:6989)त (cid:7408)कए गए संसद सद(cid:7021)य(cid:7298) को अनु(cid:6980)ेय (cid:7408)कए ाि सकनेर् ाले ऐसे या(cid:7074)ा और दैननक भ(cid:7004)त(cid:7298) के हदिार ह(cid:7298)गे।"

New Delhi, the 14th December, 2016

G.S.R. 1142(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Unorganised Workers' Social Security Act, 2008 (33 of 2008), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Unorganised Workers' Social Security Rules, 2009, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Unorganised Workers' Social Security (Amendment) Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Unorganised Workers' Social Security Rules, 2009, in rule 7, after sub-rule (2) the following provision shall be inserted, namely:-

"Provided that a member nominated under sub-clause (iv) of clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Act shall be entitled to such travelling and daily allowances as may be admissible to them as Member of Parliament appointed in Committees and Commissions set up by the Central Government."
