सा.का.नि. 1151(अ).—महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 की 38) की धारा 124 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 132 की उपधारा (1) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्‌वारा कोचिन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट के न्यासी मण्डल द्वारा बनाये गये कोचिन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नति) संशोधन विनियम, 2016 का अनुमोदन करती है एवं इस अधिसूचना में संलग्न अनुसूची में व्यक्त करती है।

2. उक्त संशोधन विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

कोचिन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नति)

संशोधन विनियम, 2016

महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये कोचिन पोर्ट के न्यासीमण्डल एतद्‌द्वारा कोचिन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नति) विनियम, 2010 में आगे का संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं।

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ

(i) इन विनियमों को "कोचिन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नति) संशोधन विनियम, 2016" कहा जायेगा।

(ii) ये विनियम महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 की धारा 124 एवं 132 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत यथा अपेक्षित केन्द्र सरकार के अनुमोदन से सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. कोचिन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता एवं पदोन्नति) विनियम, 2010 में संलग्न अनुसूची में सामान्य प्रशासनिक विभाग के अंतर्गत क्रमांक 8, यातायात विभाग के अंतर्गत क्रमांक 6 एवं यांत्रिक अभियंत्रण विभाग के अंतर्गत क्रमांक 10 में कल्याण अधिकारी के पद के लिये कॉलम 12 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों को निम्न प्रकार से प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :

"पांच वर्षों की नियमित सेवा के साथ सामान्य प्रशासनिक विभाग के अंतर्गत कार्मिक अथवा आईआर प्रभाग में रु. 21000-53500 वेतनमान में (पूर्व संशोधित रुपये 5500-11380) कार्यरत कल्याण निरीक्षक से पदोन्नति।"

पाद टिप्पणीः- प्रधान विनियम सा.का.नि. सं. 862(अ) दिनांक 28.10.2010 को प्रकाशित। तत्पश्चात सा.का.नि. 849(अ) दिनांक 25.10.2014 एवं सा.का.नि. 604(अ) दिनांक 31.07.2015 को संशोधित।

G.S.R. 1151(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 124, read with Sub-section (1) of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016, made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Cochin and are set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.

2. The said Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.

COCHIN PORT TRUST

Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion)

Amendment Regulations, 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Cochin Port hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, namely:-

1. Short Title and Commencement:

(i) These Regulations may be called the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016;

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government as required under the provisions of Section 124 and 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963, in the Gazette of India.

2. In the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, in the Schedule, for the post of Welfare Officer at Sl. No. 8 under General Administration Department, Sl.No. 6 under Traffic Department and Sl. No. 10 under Mechanical Engg. Department, entries under Column 12 shall be substituted as under:-

"Promotion from Welfare Inspector in the scale of pay of Rs.21000-53500 (pre-revised-Rs.5500-11380) working in the Personnel or IR Division under General Administration Department with 5 years regular service in the grade."
