का.आ. 4100(अ).—क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार, र्आ(cid:7019)यकर् (cid:7021)तु अनधननयम, 1955 (1955 का 10) क(cid:7409) धारा 3 (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, औषनध (मू(cid:7016)य ननयं(cid:7074)ण) आदे, 2013 का और संोधन करने के नलए नन(cid:7388)नलनखत आदे देती है, अा(cid:6981)त्:-
1. संन(cid:6979)(cid:7385) नाम और (cid:7079)ारंभ:- (1) इस आदे का नाम औषनध (मू(cid:7016)य ननयं(cid:7074)ण) तीसरा संोधन आदे, 2016 है।
(2) यह ासक(cid:7409)य रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) इसके (cid:7079)कान तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृ(cid:7275) होगा।
2. औषनध (मू(cid:7016)य ननयं(cid:7074)ण) आदे, 2013 क(cid:7409) अनुसूची-I म(cid:7286), (cid:7059)म सं. 30 और उससे स(cid:7013)बंनधत (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397)य(cid:7298) के प(cid:7391)ात् नन(cid:7388)नलनखत (cid:7059)म सं(cid:6990)या और (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397)यां अंतः (cid:7021)ानपत क(cid:7409) ािएंगी, अा(cid:6981)त्:-

(ii) का.आ. सं. 1233(अ) तारीख 8 मई, 2015;
(iii) का.आ. सं. 701(अ) तारीख 10 माच(cid:6981), 2016; और
(iv) का.आ. सं. 1192(अ) तारीख 22 माच(cid:6981), 2016

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2016
S.O. 4100(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Drugs (Prices Control) third amendment Order, 2016.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 in SCHEDULE-I, after serial number 30 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:

| 31.1 | Bare Metal Stents (BMS) |
| 31.2 | Drug Eluting Stents (DES) which include metallic DES and Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold (BVS)/ Biodegradable stents" |

Note : The principal order was published in the Gazette of India, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. No. 1221(E) dated 15th May, 2013 and was subsequently amended vide the following notifications:-
