पटसन आयु(cid:6989)त, पटसन र्एं पटसनर् (cid:7021)(cid:7074)(cid:7298) के सभी आयातक(cid:7298) को यह भी ननदे देते ह(cid:7289) (cid:7408)कर् े नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत ननयम(cid:7298) को पालन कर(cid:7286) :-
(क) मु(cid:7076)ण अनमट (cid:7021)याही से (cid:7408)कया ािएगा और पूरी मा(cid:7420)कग/(cid:7410)(cid:7079)(cid:7411)टग/(cid:7081)ां(cid:7410)डग कम से कम 250 200 नमनम. आकार म(cid:7286) होगी।
(ख) (cid:7079)(cid:7004)येक आयानतत पटसन बैग और पटसन (cid:6989)लॉ म(cid:7286) (cid:7408)कनारे से लगभग 15 से.मी. क(cid:7409) दूरी पर लाल धागे से लगातार चार बार र्ा(cid:7418)पग और (cid:7408)कनारे से 30 से.मी. क(cid:7409) दूरी पर हरे धागे से लगातार चार बारर् ा(cid:7418)पग होनी चानहए।
उ(cid:6989)त आदे ासक(cid:7409)य रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख से (cid:7079)र्भाी होगा और अगले आदे तकर् ैध रहेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2016
S.O. 4158(E).—Pursuant to Clause 4 (2) of the Jute and Jute Textiles Control Order, 2016 and in supersession of Notification No. S.O. 698 (E) dated 04-07-2002 published in the Gazette of India, the Jute Commissioner hereby directs all the manufacturers, importers, processors, traders of jute and jute textiles to mark / print / brand the items of jute and jute textiles mentioned in Column (2) of the table below with the corresponding words specified in the Column (3):-

Jute Commissioner further directs all the importers of jute and jute textiles to abide by the following conditions:-
(a) Printing shall be made with indelible ink and total Marking/Printing/Branding shall be at least 250 x 200 mm size.
(b) In every imported jute bags and jute cloth, there should be four consecutive RED warp threads at a distance of about 15 cm of the edge and four consecutive GREEN warp threads at a distance of about 30 cm from the edge.
The aforesaid order will come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and will be valid until further order.
