In partial modification of the Heavy Industry's Notification No. 12(89)/2009-AEI (Vol. V) dated 13th March and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India vide No. 631 on 25th March, 2015, the Table 2:
Three Wheeler (Category L5) relating to the Demand Incentive under Annexure 13 of this Notification (at page 38), is replaced by the following Table:
