विषयः- आलू की निर्यात नीति-आलू के निर्यात पर न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य (एमईपी) को हटाने संबंधी।
का.आ. 4176(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2015-2020 के पैरा 1.02 के साथ पठित, यथासंशोधित, विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 की सं. 22) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा, आलू के निर्यात से संबंधित दिनांक 26 जून, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं. 85 (आर ई-2013)/2009-2014 के साथ पठित दिनांक 26 जुलाई, 2016 की अधिसूचना सं. 15/2015-20 में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है।
2. दिनांक 26.07.2016 की अधिसूचना सं. 15/2015-20 के पैरा 1 को संशोधित किया जाता है जो निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगाः
''निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी (एच एस) वर्गीकरण की अनुसूची 2 के अध्याय 7 के क्रम संख्या 50क पर आलू, ताजा अथवा शीत गृह में रखा हुआ का निर्यात किसी भी न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य (एम ई पी) के बिना अनुमत होगा'' 3. इस अधिसूचना का प्रभावः
ऊपर यथा वर्णित आलू बिना किसी न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य (इमईपी) के निर्यात हेतु अनुमत है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2016

Subject: Export Policy of Potato – Removal of Minimum Export Price (MEP) on export of potatoes
regarding.
S.O. 4176(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments with immediate effect in Notification No. 15/2015-20 dated 26.07.2016 read with Notification No. 85(RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 26th June, 2014 relating to export of potatoes.
2. Para 1 of Notification No. 15/2015-20 dated 26.07.2016 is amended to read as:
"Export of Potatoes, Fresh or Chilled at Serial Number 50A of Chapter 7 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items shall be permitted without any Minimum Export Price (MEP).
3. Effect of this notification:
Potatoes as described above is permitted for export without any Minimum Export Price (MEP).
