1. (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7385) नाम पया(cid:6981र्)रण,र् न और र्लिायु प(cid:7407)र्रत(cid:6981)न मं(cid:7074)ालय, भारतीय (cid:7079)ानण-र्न(cid:6980)ान र्स(cid:7287)(cid:6979)ण ((cid:7409)(cid:7016)ड कले(cid:6989)टर), समूह 'ग' पद भत(cid:7278) (संोधन) ननयम, 2016 है।
(2) ये रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) उनके (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृ(cid:7275) ह(cid:7298)गे।
2. भारतीय (cid:7079)ानण-र्न(cid:6980)ान र्स(cid:7287)(cid:6979)ण ((cid:7409)(cid:7016)ड कले(cid:6989)टर), समूह 'ग' पद भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2014 (नसिे इसम(cid:7286) इसके प(cid:7391)ात उ(cid:7334) ननयम कहा गया है), ननयम 1 म(cid:7286), उपननयम (1) के (cid:7021)ान पर नन(cid:7388)नलनखत उप ननयम रखा ािएगा, अा(cid:6981)त्:
"(1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7385) नाम पया(cid:6981र्)रण,र् न और र्लिायु प(cid:7407)र्रत(cid:6981)न मं(cid:7074)ालय, भारतीय (cid:7079)ानण-र्न(cid:6980)ान र्स(cid:7287)(cid:6979)ण ((cid:7409)(cid:7016)ड कले(cid:6989)टर), समूह 'ग' पद भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2015 है।"
3. उ(cid:7334) ननयम(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) अनुसूची म(cid:7286),-
(i) (cid:7021)त(cid:7013)भ 2 के अधीन (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397) म(cid:7286), अंक(cid:7298) और को(cid:7399)क(cid:7298) "20(2014)" के (cid:7021)ान पर, अंक और को(cid:7399)क "30(2015)" रखे ािएंगे;
(ii) (cid:7021)त(cid:7013)भ 4 म(cid:7286), र्"ेतन ब(cid:7289)ड और (cid:7061)ेडर् ेतन यार् ेतनमान" ीष(cid:6981)क के (cid:7021)ान पर, ीष(cid:6981)क र्"ेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर" रखा ािएगा;

"(cid:7407)ट(cid:7009)पण 2: इन ननयम(cid:7298) के (cid:7079)ार(cid:7013)भ क(cid:7409) तारीख को ननयनमत आधार पर (cid:7409)डर पद(cid:7298) को धा(cid:7407)रत करनेर् ाले (cid:7390)न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) के नलए पा(cid:7074)ता र्सेार् ही रहेगी।"
"(cid:7407)ट(cid:7009)पण 3: (cid:7079)ो(cid:7382)नत के नलए (cid:7008)यूनतम अह(cid:6981)क र्सेा क(cid:7409) संगणना के (cid:7079)योनि के नलए (cid:7408)कसी अनधकारी (cid:7367)ारा 1 र्निरी, 2006 से पहले या उस तारीख से नसिसे छठे के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीयर् ेतन आयोग क(cid:7409) नसा(cid:7407)र(cid:7298) पर आधा(cid:7407)रत पुनरीन(cid:6979)तर् ेतन संरचना का र्न(cid:7021)तार (cid:7408)कया गया है, ननयनमत आधार पर क(cid:7409) गई र्सेा को, नर्साय उस दा के हिँ एक से अनधक र्पू(cid:6981) पुनरीन(cid:6979)तर् ेतनमान का साधारण (cid:7061)ेडर् ेतन यार् ेतनमान सनहत एक (cid:7088)ेणी म(cid:7286) र्नलय हो गया है औरर् हँ यह लाभ के र्ल उस पद या उन पद(cid:7298) पर र्न(cid:7021)ता(cid:7407)रत होगा नसिके नलए (cid:7061)ेड र्ेतन या र्ेतनमान नबना (cid:7408)कसी उ(cid:7382)यन का साधारण (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ापन (cid:7061)ेड है, आयोग क(cid:7409) नसा(cid:7407)र(cid:7298) पर आधा(cid:7407)रत र्न(cid:7021)ता(cid:7407)रत त(cid:7004)(cid:7021)ानी (cid:7061)ेडर् ेतन यार् ेतनमान पर क(cid:7409) गई र्सेा समझी ािएगी।"
(v) (cid:7021)त(cid:7013)भ 12 के अधीन, (cid:7059)म सं(cid:6990)या 3 और उससे संबंनधत (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397) के प(cid:7391)ात, नन(cid:7388)नलनखत (cid:7059)म सं(cid:6990)या और (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397) अ(cid:7008)त: (cid:7021)ानपत क(cid:7409) ािएगी,अा(cid:6981)तः—
"काया(cid:6981)लय का (cid:7079)धान, भारतीयर् न(cid:7021)पनत र्स(cid:7287)(cid:6979)ण-सद(cid:7021)य।"

MINISTRY OF ENVIORNMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2016
G.S.R. 1176(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Zoological Survey of India (Field Collector), Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Zoological Survey of India (Field Collector), Group 'C' Post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Zoological Survey of India (Field Collector), Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 1, for sub-rule (1), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Zoological Survey of India (Field Collector), Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2015.".
3. In the Schedule to the said rules,-
(i) in the entry under column (2), for the figures and brackets "20 (2014)", the figures and brackets "30 (2015)" shall be substituted;
(ii) in column (4), for the heading "Pay band and grade pay, pay scale", the heading "Level in pay matrix" shall be substituted;
(iii) for the entries under column (4), the entries "Level in the pay matrix-3" shall be substituted;
(iv) under column (11), after the "Note", the following Notes shall be inserted, namely:-
भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] 3"Note 2:-The eligibility service shall continue to be the same for the persons holding the feeder posts on regular basis on the date of commencement of these rules.
Note 3:-For the purpose of computing minimum qualifying service for promotion, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to the 1st January, 2006 or the date from which the revised pay structure based on the recommendations of the Sixth Central Pay Commission has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale extended based on the recommendations of the said Pay Commission except where there has been merger of more than one pre-revised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade pay or pay scale, and where this benefit will extend only for the post(s) for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal replacement grade without any up-gradation.";
(v) under column (12), for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Head of Office, Botanical Survey of India - Member.".
