सं. 29-सीए/लॉ/डी-246/2016.—चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) एकाउं ट(cid:7286)(cid:6999)स र्नननयम, 1988 के र्नननयम 18 के सा प(cid:7407)ठत, चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) एकाउं ट(cid:7286)(cid:6999)स अनधननयम, 1949 क(cid:7409) धारा 20 क(cid:7409) उपधारा (2) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, भारतीय चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) एकाउं ट(cid:7286)(cid:6999)स सं(cid:7021)ान क(cid:7409) प(cid:7407)रषद् (cid:7367)ारा यह अनधसूनचत (cid:7408)कया ािता है (cid:7408)क हैदराबाद न(cid:7021)त अनधका(cid:7407)रता रखनेर् ाले माननीय उ(cid:7340) (cid:7008)यायालय ने, उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 21(6)(ग) के अनुसरण म(cid:7286), चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) एकाउं ट(cid:7286)ट ननद(cid:7287) मामला सं. 1/2011 म(cid:7286) तारीख 16 र्नंबर, 2016 को यह आदे (cid:7408)कया है (cid:7408)क (cid:7088)ी पीर्.ी.आर. अ(cid:7014)यंगर, चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) अकाउं ट(cid:7286)ट, 4-1-938 (cid:7010)लैट सं. 203, दूसरा तल, कृ (cid:7020)णा का(cid:7013)पले(cid:6989)स, नतलक रोड आनबदस, हैदराबाद-500001 (सद(cid:7021)यता सं. 014117) के नाम को, उन्ह(cid:7286) उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 21 और धारा 22 के सा प(cid:7407)ठत दूसरी अनुसूची के भाग 1 के खंड (5), (6) और (7) के अंतग(cid:6981)त आने र्ाले र्ृन(cid:7004)तक र्अचार का दोषी पाए ािने के कारण 01.01.2017 से 31.03.2017 तक तीन मास क(cid:7409) र्अनध के नलए सद(cid:7021)य(cid:7298) के रन(िcid:7021)टर से हटा (cid:7408)दया ािए । तदनुसार, यह सूनचत (cid:7408)कया ािता है (cid:7408)क उ(cid:6989)त (cid:7088)ी पीर्.ी.आर. अ(cid:7014)यंगर का नाम 01.01.2017 से 31.03.2017 तक तीन मास क(cid:7409) र्अनध के नलए सद(cid:7021)य(cid:7298) के रन(िcid:7021)टर से हट ािएगा । इस र्अनध के दौरान, र्ह हैदराबाद न(cid:7021)त अनधका(cid:7407)रता रखनेर् ाले माननीय उ(cid:7340) (cid:7008)यायालय के उ(cid:6989)त आदे के ननबंधनानुसार चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) अकाउं ट(cid:7286)ट के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) (cid:7018)र्यसाय करने के हदिार नह(cid:7277) ह(cid:7298)गे ।

No.29-CA/Law/D-246/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified by the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad has, in pursuance of Section 21(6)(c) of the said Act, in Referred Case No. 1/2011, ordered on 16th November, 2016 that the name of Shri P.V.R. Iyyengar, Chartered Accountant, 4-1-938 Flat No.203, II Floor, Krishna Complex, Tilak Road Abids, Hyderabad 500001 (M.No. 014117) be removed from the Register of Members for a period of three months from 01.01.2017 to 31.03.2017 for having been found guilty of professional misconduct falling within the meaning of Clauses (5), (6) & (7) of Part I of the Second Schedule read with Sections 21 and 22 to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Accordingly, it is hereby informed that the name of the said Shri P.V.R. Iyyengar shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of three months from 01.01.2017 to 31.03.2017. During that period he shall not practise as a Chartered Accountant in terms of the said order of the Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Hyderabad.
