NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2016 का.आ. 4211(अ).—निःशक्त व्यक्ति ;समान अवसर, अध्किारों का संरक्षण और पूर्ण भागीदारीद्ध अध्निियम, 1995 की धरा 57 ;4द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा इस कार्यालय के आदेश संख्या 1-5/सी.सी.डी./2016 दिनांक 24-10-2016 के अध्ीन विद्युत अपील अध्किरण, विद्युत मंत्राालय, नई दिल्ली में कार्यरत्् श्री मनपाल, लेखाकार को 17 अक्तूबर, 2016 अपराह्न से कार्यालय मुख्य आयुक्त निःशक्तजन, नई दिल्ली में डेस्क अध्किारी के पद पर वेतन मैट्रिक्स लेवल-8 ;पूर्व संशोध्ति वेतन बैंड-2, रू. 9300-34800 एवं गे्रड वेतन रु.4800/-द्ध में प्रतिनियुक्ति के आध् ार पर नियुक्त किया जाता है।
S.O. 4211(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 57 (4) of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and in pursuance of Office Order No. 1-5/CCD/ 2016 dated 24-10-2016, Shri Manpal, Accountant, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Ministry of Power, New Delhi is appointed as Desk Officer in the Office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, New Delhi in the Pay Matrix Level-8 (Pre-revised Pay Band-2, Rs. 9300- 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4800/ on deputation basis with effect from 17th October 2016 (A/N).
