सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन.... 1185118511851185((((अअअअ).).).).—महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38वाँ) की धारा 132 की उप धारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 124 की उप धारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए, पोर्ट आफ चेन्नै के लिए न्यासी मंडल द्वारा बनाए गए चेन्नै पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (त्यौहार तथा प्रा—तिक विपदा के लिए अग्रिम का अनुदान) संशोधन विनियम 2016 का संशोधन को केन्द्र सरकार एतत्द्वारा अनुमोदन करता है तथा संशोधन, इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में दर्शाया गया है ।
2. उपरोक्त विनियम, कार्यालयीन राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की दिनांक से लागू होगा।

चेन्नै पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी (त्यौहार तथा प्रा—तिक विपदा के लिए अग्रिम का अनुदान)
संशोधन विनियम 2016
चेन्नै पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी ( त्यौहार तथा प्रा—तिक विपदा के लिए अग्रिम का अनुदान) विनियम 1994 को, आगे संशोधन हेतु महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38 वाँ) की धारा 28 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए चेन्नै पोर्ट ट्रस्ट बोर्ड निम्नलिखित संशोधन विनियम बनाता है ।
1. लघु शीर्ष तथा प्रारंभः
(i) ये विनियम चेन्नै पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी ( त्यौहार तथा प्रा—तिक विपदा के लिए अग्रिम का अनुदान) संशोधन विनियम 2016 कहलाया जाएगा ।
(ii) भारत के राजपत्र में महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम 1963 की धारा 124 तथा 132 के प्रावधानों के तहत मांगे अनुसार 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 2. चेन्नै पोर्ट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी ( त्यौहार तथा प्रा—तिक विपदा के लिए अग्रिम का अनुदान) विनियम 1994 में, विनियम 4 के उप विनियम (1) में राशि रु.10,000/- के बदले में राशि रु.20,000/- प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। [फा. सं. पीआर-12016/10/2016-पीई-I] बरुण मित्रा, संयुक्त सचिव

मूल विनियम दि. 2/11/1994 को सा. का. नि. सं 56 (अ) के सदंर्भ में प्रकाशित किया गया तथा दि. 9 जनवरी 1996 सा. का. नि. सं 14 (अ) के संदर्भ में तथा दि. 9 नवंबर 2011, सा. का. नि. सं 825(अ) के संदर्भ में संशोधित किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2016
G.S.R. 1185(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 124, read with Sub- section (1) of 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Chennai Port Trust Employees (Grant of Advances for Festival and Natural Calamities) Amendment Regulations, 2016, made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Chennai and are set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.
2. The said Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
SCHEDULE CHENNAI PORT TRUST Chennai Port Trust Employees (Grant of Advances for Festival and Natural Calamities) Amendment Regulations, 2016 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Chennai Port hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Chennai Port Trust Employees (Grant of Advances for Festival and Natural Calamities) Regulations, 1994, namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These Regulations may be called the Chennai Port Trust Employees (Grant of Advances for Festival and Natural Calamities) Amendment Regulations, 2016;
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government as required under the provisions of Section 124 and 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963, in the Gazette of India.
2. In the Chennai Port Trust Employees (Grant of Advances for Festival and Natural Calamities) Regulations, 1994, the figure "Rs. 10000" appearing in Sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 4, shall be substituted by the figure "Rs.20000".
