पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय (पीएचआरडी डिवीजन) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 30 दिसम्बर, 2016 सा.का.नि 1189(अ).—महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 के 38) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ग) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय (पत्तन स्कंध) की अधिसूचना सा.कां.नि. 263(अ) दिनांक 06.04.2015 के अधिक्रमण में, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नतालिका के कॉलम-(3) में विनिर्दिष्ट संख्या में व्यक्तियों को कॉलम-(2) में दर्शाए हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए 01.04.2017 से 31.03.2019 तक की अवधि के लिए जवाहरलाल नेहरू पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में नियुक्त करती है।

G.S.R. 1189(E).—In pursuance of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 263(E) dated 06-04-2015, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (3) of the Table below to be appointed to represent the interests mentioned in column (2) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Jawaharlal Nehru for the period from 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2019:
