I. काय(cid:6981)(cid:6979)े(cid:7074): सरकारी (cid:7079)नतभूनतय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) (cid:7390)ापक भागीदारी और खुदरा धा(cid:7407)रता को (cid:7079)ो(cid:7004)साहन देने क(cid:7409) दृन(cid:7397) से भारत सरकार क(cid:7409) (cid:7408)दनां(cid:7408)कत (cid:7079)नतभूनतय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) चयननत नीलानमय(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) "अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278)" आधार पर भागीदारी क(cid:7409) अनुमनत देने का (cid:7079)(cid:7021)र्ता (cid:7408)कया गया है। त(cid:7006)नुसार, (cid:7408)दनां(cid:7408)कत (cid:7079)नतभूनतय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) नीलानमय(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) अनधसूनचत रान के 5 (cid:7079)नतत तक क(cid:7409) अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) बोनलयां (cid:7021र्)ीकार क(cid:7409) ािएंगी। (cid:7079)ारन(cid:6979)त रान अनधसूनचत रान के अ(cid:7008)तग(cid:6981)त होगी।

II. पा(cid:7074)ता : भारत सरकार क(cid:7409) (cid:7408)दनां(cid:7408)कत (cid:7079)नतभूनतय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) नीलानमय(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) आधार पर ऐसे नर्नेक(cid:7298) के नलए भागीदारी खुली होगी ोि नन(cid:7388)नलनखत त(cid:7300) को पूरा करते ह(cid:7289):

1. ोि भारतीय (cid:7407)र्र(िcid:6981) ब(cid:7289)क के पास चालू खाता (सीए) र्अा सहायक सामा(cid:7008)य बही (एसीिएल) खाता नह(cid:7277) रखते ह(cid:7289);

अर्पाद: (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)ीय (cid:7061)ामीण ब(cid:7289)क(cid:7298) (आरआरबी) और सहकारी ब(cid:7289)क(cid:7298) को उनके सांर्ननधक दानय(cid:7004र्)(cid:7298) के दृन(cid:7397)गत इस (cid:7021)क(cid:7409)म के अधीन ानमल (cid:7408)कया ािएगा।

2. ोि (cid:7079)नत नीलामी दो करो (cid:7271)पए (अं(cid:7408)कत मू(cid:7016)य) से अननधक रान के नलए एक ही बोली लगाते ह(cid:7289);

3. ोि यह (cid:7021)क(cid:7409)म (cid:7079)दान करनेर् ाले (cid:7408)कसी एक ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर के मा(cid:7007)यम से अपनी बोली अ(cid:7079)(cid:7004)य(cid:6979) (cid:7272)प से (cid:7079)(cid:7021)तुत करते ह(cid:7289)।

अर्पाद: ऐसे (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)ीय (cid:7061)ामीण ब(cid:7289)क (आरआरबी) ता सहकारी ब(cid:7289)क ोि भारतीय (cid:7407)र्र(िcid:6981) ब(cid:7289)क म(cid:7286) एस.ीि.एल.खाता और चालू खाता रखते ह(cid:7289), अपनी अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) बोनलय(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)(cid:7004)य(cid:6979) (cid:7272)प से (cid:7079)(cid:7021)तुत करने के नलए पा(cid:7074) ह(cid:7298)गे।

(cid:6981)(cid:7334) त(cid:7300) के अधीन "अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278)" आधार पर म(cid:7300), कं पननय(cid:7298), ननगनमत ननकाय(cid:7298), सं(cid:7021)ा(cid:7312), भर्न(cid:7020)य नननधय(cid:7298), (cid:7008)यास(cid:7298) III. (cid:7390)ापकता: उपयु

और भारतीय (cid:7407)र्र(िcid:6981) ब(cid:7289)क (cid:7367)ारा या-ननधा(cid:6981)(cid:7407)रत (cid:7408)कसी अ(cid:7008)य कं पनी सनहत (cid:7408)कसी भी (cid:7390)न(cid:7334) के नलए भागीदारी खुली है। बोली देने क(cid:7409) (cid:7008)यूनतम रान 10,000 (cid:7271)पए (अं(cid:7408)कत मू(cid:7016)य) और उसके बाद 10,000 (cid:7271)पए के गुण(िcid:7298) म(cid:7286) होगी ैिसा अब तक (cid:7408)दनां(cid:7408)कत (cid:7021)टॉक के नलए है।

IV. अ(cid:7008)य (cid:7079)चालना(cid:7004)मक (cid:7408)दाननद(cid:7287):

1. खुदरा नर्नेक के नलए उस ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर, ननिके मा(cid:7007)यम से र्े भाग लेना चाहते ह(cid:7289), के पास एक संघटक सहायक सामा(cid:7008)य बही (सीएसीिएल) खाता रखना अनर्नाय(cid:6981) होगा। कोई भी नर्नेक इस (cid:7021)क(cid:7409)म के अधीन (cid:7408)दनां(cid:7408)कत (cid:7079)नतभूनत क(cid:7409) (cid:7408)कसी नीलामी म(cid:7286) के र्ल एक बोली म(cid:7286) भाग ले सकता है। इस आय कार् चन (cid:7408)क नर्नेक के र्ल एक बोली दे रहा है, ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) (cid:7408)कया ािना और (cid:7407)रकाड(cid:6981) म(cid:7286) रखा ािना होगा।

2. अपने (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) से (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) प(cid:7333)े आड(cid:6981)र के आधार पर (cid:7079)(cid:7004)येक ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर भारतीय (cid:7407)र्र(िcid:6981) ब(cid:7289)क कोर ब(cid:7289)(cid:7412)कग सो(cid:7016)यून (ई-कु बेर) (cid:7079)णाली संबंधी इले(cid:6989)(cid:7069)ॉननक (cid:7079)प(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) अपने (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) ओर से एक एकल समे(cid:7408)कत अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) बोली (cid:7079)(cid:7021)तुत करेगा। असाधारण प(cid:7407)रन(cid:7021)नतय(cid:7298), ैिसे भारतीय (cid:7407)र्र(िcid:6981) ब(cid:7289)क कोर ब(cid:7289)(cid:7412)कग सो(cid:7016)यून (ई-कु बेर) (cid:7079)णाली म(cid:7286) सामा(cid:7008)य गबी को छोकर, भौनतक (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) बोली (cid:7021र्)ीकार नह(cid:7277) क(cid:7409) ािएगी।

3. ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर को अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) खंड के अधीन आबंटन (cid:7079)नतलाभ/क(cid:7409)मत क(cid:7409) उस भारांनत औसत दर पर होगा, ोि (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) बोली देने के आधार पर नीलामी म(cid:7286) सामने आएगी। इस बात पर (cid:7007)यान (cid:7408)दए नबना (cid:7408)क ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर ने अपने (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) से भुगतान (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) कर नलया है या नह(cid:7277), ननग(cid:6981)म क(cid:7409) तारीख को भुगतान (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) करके ब(cid:7289)क या (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर को (cid:7079)नतभूनतयां ािरी क(cid:7409) ािएंगी।

4. ऐसे मामले म(cid:7286), हिां बोली क(cid:7409) रान (cid:7079)ारन(cid:6979)त रान (अनधसूनचत रान के 5 (cid:7079)नतत) से अनधक है यानुपात आबंटन (cid:7408)कया ािएगा।

आंनक आबंटन(cid:7298) के मामले म(cid:7286), यह ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर(cid:7298) का दानय(cid:7004र्) होगा (cid:7408)कर् ह अपने (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)नतभूनतय(cid:7298) का उनचत आबंटन एक पारद(cid:7278) तरीके से कर(cid:7286)।

5. ऐसे मामले म(cid:7286) हिां बोली रान (cid:7079)ारन(cid:6979)त रान से कम हो, कमी को (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) भाग म(cid:7286) ानमल (cid:7408)कया ािएगा।

6. (cid:7079)नतभूनत को भारतीय (cid:7407)र्र(िcid:6981) ब(cid:7289)क (cid:7367)ारा र्केल एसीिएल (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) ािरी (cid:7408)कया ािएगा। भारतीय (cid:7407)र्र(िcid:6981) ब(cid:7289)क इसे या तो ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर के मु(cid:6990)य एसीिएल खाते र्अा सीएसीिएल खाते म(cid:7286) मिा करेगा, ैिसा(cid:7408)क उनके (cid:7367)ारा ननद(cid:7287) (cid:7408)दया गया है। मु(cid:6990)य एसीिएल खाते म(cid:7286) मिा करने क(cid:7409) सुर्नधा एकमा(cid:7074) उन नर्नेक(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) र्सेा के (cid:7079)योनिा(cid:6981) है ोि उनके घटक नह(cid:7277) ह(cid:7289)। अतः ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर(cid:7298) को अ(cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)पध(cid:7278) बोनलय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) ननर्नदा देते समय उनके एसीिएल खाते और सीएसीिएल खाते म(cid:7286) मिा होनेर् ाली रानय(cid:7298) (अं(cid:7408)कत मू(cid:7016)य) को (cid:7021)प(cid:7020)ट (cid:7272)प से दा(cid:6981)ना होगा। बाद म(cid:7286) नर्नेक के अनुरोध पर मु(cid:6990)य एसीिएल खाते सेर् ा(cid:7021)तर्नक (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) क(cid:7409) गई सुपुद(cid:6981)गी (cid:7021र्)ीकाय(cid:6981) है।

7. यह ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर का दानय(cid:7004र्) है (cid:7408)कर् ह (cid:7061)ाहक को (cid:7079)नतभूनतयां ह(cid:7021)तांत(cid:7407)रत करे। असाधारण प(cid:7407)रन(cid:7021)नतय(cid:7298) को छोकर, (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)नतभूनतय(cid:7298) का अंतरण ननग(cid:6981)म क(cid:7409) नतन से पांच काय(cid:6981) (cid:7408)र्दस(cid:7298) के भीतर पूरा (cid:7408)कया ािएगा।

8. ब(cid:7289)क र्अा (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर अपने (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) को यह र्सेा देने के नलए छह पैसे (cid:7079)नत सौ (cid:7271)पए तक दलाली/कमीन/र्सेा (cid:7079)भार के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) र्सूल कर सकते ह(cid:7289)। ऐसी क(cid:7409)मत नब(cid:7059)(cid:7409) मू(cid:7016)य म(cid:7286) ानमल क(cid:7409) ाि सकती है या (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) से अलग सेर् सूल क(cid:7409) ाि सकती है। ऐसे मामले म(cid:7286) हिां (cid:7079)नतभूनतय(cid:7298) का अंतरण (cid:7079)नतभूनत क(cid:7409) ननग(cid:6981)म नतन के बाद (cid:7079)र्भाी होता हो, ब(cid:7289)क या (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर को (cid:7061)ाहक (cid:7367)ारा देय (cid:7079)नतल रान म(cid:7286) ननग(cid:6981)म नतन से उपनचत (cid:7011)या िानमल होगा।

9. (cid:7079)नतभूनतय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) लागत, उपनचत (cid:7011)या िहिां भी लागू हो, ता दलाली/कमीन/र्सेा (cid:7079)भार(cid:7298) के नलए (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) से भुगतान (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) करने क(cid:7409) काय(cid:6981)-(cid:7079)णाली, ब(cid:7289)क या (cid:7079)ानमक डीलर (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7061)ाहक के सा क(cid:7409) गई सहमनत के अनुसार तैयार क(cid:7409) ािएगी। यह उ(cid:7016)लेखनीय है (cid:7408)क (cid:7408)कसी अ(cid:7008)य लागत, ैिसे नननधकरण लागत को मू(cid:7016)य म(cid:7286) ानमल नह(cid:7277) (cid:7408)कया ािना चानहए या (cid:7061)ाहक(cid:7298) सेर् सूल नह(cid:7277) (cid:7408)कया ािना चानहए।

Auction for Sale (Re-issue) of Government of India Floating Rate Bonds 2024'

F. No. 4(3)-W&M/2016.—Government of India hereby notifies sale (re-issue) of Floating Rate Bonds (hereinafter called 'the bonds') for an aggregate amount of ` 2,000 crore (nominal). The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called 'Specific Notification') as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification F.No.4(13)–W&M/2008, dated October 8, 2008 issued by Government of India.

Method of Issue

2. The Stock will be sold through Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Office, Fort, Mumbai-400 001 in the manner as prescribed in paragraph 5.1 of the General Notification F.No.4(13)–W&M/2008, dated October 8, 2008 by a price based auction using multiple price auction method.

Allotment to Non-competitive Bidders

3. The Government Stock up to 5% of the notified amount of the sale will be allotted to eligible individuals and institutions as per the enclosed Scheme for Non-competitive Bidding Facility in the Auctions of Government Securities (Annex).

Place and date of auction

4. The auction will be conducted by Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Office, Fort, Mumbai-400 001 on January 6, 2017. Bids for the auction should be submitted in electronic format on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) system on January 6, 2017. The non-competitive bids should be submitted between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. and the competitive bids should be submitted between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 noon.

When Issued Trading

5. The Stock will be eligible for "When Issued" trading in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India.

Tenure

6. The Floating Rate Bonds will be of 'eight years' tenure commencing from November 7, 2016. The Stock will be repaid at par on November 7, 2024.

Date of issue and payment for the stock

7. The result of the auction shall be displayed by the Reserve Bank of India at its Fort, Mumbai Office on January 6, 2017. The payment by successful bidders will be on January 9, 2017 i.e., the date of issue. The payment for the Stock will include accrued interest on the nominal value of the Stock allotted in the auction from the date of original issue i.e. November 7, 2016 to January 8, 2017.

Interest

8. (i) Interest at a rate of 6.51% will accrue from November 07, 2016 (date of original issue) and will be paid on May 7, 2017. For the subsequent periods, the interest at a variable rate will be paid every half yearly on May 7 and November 7.

(ii) The variable coupon rate for payment of interest on subsequent semi-annual period shall be the average rate rounded off up to two decimal places, of the implicit yields at the cut-off prices of the last three auctions ofभारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग I—खण्ड 1] 5 Government of India 182 day Treasury Bills held up to the commencement of the respective semi-annual coupon period. The implicit yields will be computed by reckoning 365 days in a year.

(iii) In the event of Government of India 182-day Treasury Bill auctions being discontinued during the currency of the Bonds, the coupon rate will be the average of Yield to Maturity (YTM) rates prevailing for six month Government of India security/ies as on the last three non-reporting Fridays prior to the commencement of the semi- annual coupon period. In case particular Friday/s is/are holiday/s, the yield to maturity rates as on the previous working day shall be taken.

(iv) The rate of interest payable half yearly on the Bonds during the subsequent years shall be announced by the Reserve bank of India before the commencement of the relative semi-annual coupon period.

Scheme for Non-competitive Bidding Facility in the Auctions of Government Securities

I. Scope : With a view to encouraging wider participation and retail holding of Government securities it is proposed to allow participation on "non-competitive" basis in select auctions of dated Government of India (GoI) securities. Accordingly, non-competitive bids up to 5 percent of the notified amount will be accepted in the auctions of dated securities. The reserved amount will be within the notified amount.

II. Eligibility: Participation on a non-competitive basis in the auctions of dated GOI securities will be open to investors who satisfy the following:

1. do not maintain current account (CA) or Subsidiary General Ledger (SGL) account with the Reserve Bank of India. Exceptions: Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and Cooperative Banks shall be covered under this Scheme in view of their statutory obligations.

2. make a single bid for an amount not more than ` two crore (face value) per auction

3. submit their bid indirectly through any one bank or PD offering this scheme.

Exceptions: Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and Cooperative Banks that maintain SGL account and current account with the Reserve Bank of India shall be eligible to submit their non competitive bids directly.

III. Coverage: Subject to the conditions mentioned above, participation on "non-competitive" basis is open to any person including firms, companies, corporate bodies, institutions, provident funds, trusts, and any other entity as may be prescribed by RBI. The minimum amount for bidding will be ` 10,000 (face value) and thereafter in multiples in ` 10,000 as hitherto for dated stocks.

IV. Other Operational Guidelines:

1. The retail investor desirous of participating in the auction under the Scheme would be required to maintain a constituent subsidiary general ledger (CSGL) account with the bank or PD through whom they wish to participate. Under the Scheme, an investor can make only a single bid in an auction of a dated security. An undertaking to the effect that the investor is making only a single bid will have to obtained and kept on record by the bank or PD.

2. Each bank or PD on the basis of firm orders received from their constituents will submit a single consolidated non- competitive bid on behalf of all its constituents in electronic format on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System. Except in extraordinary circumstances such as general failure of the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System, non-competitive bid in physical form will not be accepted.

3. Allotment under the non-competitive segment to the bank or PD will be at the weighted average rate of yield/price that will emerge in the auction on the basis of the competitive bidding. The securities will be issued to the bank or PD against payment on the date of issue irrespective of whether the bank or PD has received payment from their clients.

4. In case the aggregate amount of bid is more than the reserved amount (5% of notified amount), pro rata allotment would be made. In case of partial allotments, it will be the responsibility of the bank or PD to appropriately allocate securities to their clients in a transparent manner.

5. In case the aggregate amount of bids is less than the reserved amount, the shortfall will be taken to competitive portion.

6. Security would be issued only in SGL form by RBI. RBI would credit either the main SGL account or the CSGL account of the bank or PD as indicated by them. The facility for affording credit to the main SGL account is for the sole purpose of servicing investors who are not their constituents. Therefore, the bank or PD would have to indicate clearly at the time of tendering the non-competitive bids the amounts (face value) to be credited to their SGL account and the6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC. 1] CSGL account. Delivery in physical form from the main SGL account is permissible at the instance of the investor subsequently.

7. It will be the responsibility of the bank or the PD to pass on the securities to their clients. Except in extraordinary circumstances, the transfer of securities to the clients shall be completed within five working days from the date of issue.

8. The bank or PD can recover up to six paise per ` 100 as brokerage/commission/service charges for rendering this service to their clients. Such costs may be built into the sale price or recovered separately from the clients. In case the transfer of securities is effected subsequent to the issue date of the security, the consideration amount payable by the client to the bank or PD would also include accrued interest from the date of issue.

9. Modalities for obtaining payment from clients towards cost of the securities, accrued interest wherever applicable and brokerage/commission/service charges may be worked out by the bank or PD as per agreement with the client. It may be noted that no other costs such as funding costs should be built into the price or recovered from the client.

V. Banks and PDs will be required to furnish information relating to operations under the Scheme to the Reserve Bank of India (Bank) as may be called for from time to time within the time frame prescribed by the Bank.

VI. The aforesaid guidelines are subject to review by the Bank and accordingly, if and when considered necessary, the Scheme will be modified.

F. No. 4(3)-W&M/2016(ii).—Government of India hereby notifies sale (re-issue) of '6.57 per cent Government Stock, 2033' (hereinafter called 'the Stock') for an aggregate amount of `2,000 crore (nominal). The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called 'Specific Notification') as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification F.No.4(13)–W&M/2008, dated October 08, 2008 issued by Government of India.

Method of Issue

2. The Stock will be sold through Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Office, Fort, Mumbai- 400 001 in the manner as prescribed in paragraph 5.1 of the General Notification F. No. 4 (13)–W&M/2008, dated October 8, 2008 by a price based auction using multiple price auction method.

5. The Stock will be eligible for "When Issued" trading in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India.

6. The Government Stock will be of '17 years' tenure commencing from December 5, 2016. The Stock will be repaid at par on December 5, 2033.

Date of issue and payment for the stock

7. The result of the auction shall be displayed by the Reserve Bank of India at its Fort, Mumbai Office on January 6, 2017. The payment by successful bidders will be on January 9, 2017 i.e., the date of re-issue. The payment for the Stock will include accrued interest on the nominal value of the Stock allotted in the auction from the date of original issue i.e. December 5, 2016 to January 8, 2017.

Interest

8. Interest at the rate of 6.57 per cent per annum will accrue on the nominal value of the Stock from the date of original issue and will be paid half yearly on June 5 and December 5.

Scheme for Non-competitive Bidding Facility in the Auctions of Government Securities

II. Eligibility: Participation on a non-competitive basis in the auctions of dated GOI securities will be open to investors who satisfy the following:

3. submit their bid indirectly through any one bank or PD offering this Scheme.

IV. Other Operational Guidelines:

1. The retail investor desirous of participating in the auction under the Scheme would be required to maintain a constituent subsidiary general ledger (CSGL) account with the bank or PD through whom they wish to participate. Under14 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC. 1] the Scheme, an investor can make only a single bid in an auction of a dated security. An undertaking to the effect that the investor is making only a single bid will have to obtained and kept on record by the bank or PD.

2. Each bank or PD on the basis of firm orders received from their constituents will submit a single consolidated non-competitive bid on behalf of all its constituents in electronic format on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System. Except in extraordinary circumstances such as general failure of the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System, non-competitive bid in physical form will not be accepted.

5. In case the aggregate amount of bids is less than the reserved amount, the shortfall will be taken to competitive portion.

6. Security would be issued only in SGL form by RBI. RBI would credit either the main SGL account or the CSGL account of the bank or PD as indicated by them. The facility for affording credit to the main SGL account is for the sole purpose of servicing investors who are not their constituents. Therefore, the bank or PD would have to indicate clearly at the time of tendering the non-competitive bids the amounts (face value) to be credited to their SGL account and the CSGL account. Delivery in physical form from the main SGL account is permissible at the instance of the investor subsequently.

8. The bank or PD can recover upto six paise per ` 100 as brokerage/commission/service charges for rendering this service to their clients. Such costs may be built into the sale price or recovered separately from the clients. In case the transfer of securities is effected subsequent to the issue date of the security, the consideration amount payable by the client to the bank or PD would also include accrued interest from the date of issue.

VI. The aforesaid guidelines are subject to review by the Bank and accordingly, if and when considered necessary, the Scheme will be modified.
