(i) मैसस(cid:6981) नम(cid:7074)ा एस. के . (cid:7079)ार्इेट नलनमटेड, हो(cid:7410)(cid:7016)डग सं. 22/107, (cid:7009)लाट सं. 784, र्ॉड(cid:6981) सं. 8, खािंचक, पहली मंनलि, इंनडया होटल के सा, हन(cid:7016)दया, नलिा - मे(cid:7408)दनीपुर र्पू(cid:6981), पन(cid:7391)म बंगाल - 721602 , खनन ि और अय(cid:7021)क समूह-। का ननया(cid:6981)त (ननरी(cid:6979)ण) ननयम, 1965 के ननयम 4 के अधीन र्ननन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) ननरी(cid:6979)ण का काया(cid:6981)(cid:7008र्)यन करने के नलये ननया(cid:6981)त ननरी(cid:6979)ण प(cid:7407)रषद् (cid:7367)ारा नानमत अनधका(cid:7407)रय(cid:7298) को पया(cid:6981)(cid:7385) सुर्नधाएं देगी; और
(ii) मैसस(cid:6981) नम(cid:7074)ा एस. के . (cid:7079)ार्इेट नलनमटेड, हो(cid:7410)(cid:7016)डग सं. 22/107, (cid:7009)लाट सं. 784, र्ॉड(cid:6981) सं. 8, खािंचक, पहली मंनलि, इंनडया होटल के सा, हन(cid:7016)दया, नलिा - मे(cid:7408)दनीपुर र्पू(cid:6981), पन(cid:7391)म बंगाल - 721602 , इस अनधसूचना के अधीन अपने काय(cid:7300) के नन(cid:7020)पादन म(cid:7286) ननदेक (ननरी(cid:6979)ण और गुर्ण(cid:7275)ा ननयं(cid:7074)ण), ननया(cid:6981)त ननरी(cid:6979)ण प(cid:7407)रषद (cid:7367)ारा समय-समय पर नलनखत (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) (cid:7408)दए गए ऐसे ननद(cid:7287)(cid:7298) से आब(cid:7373) होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2016
S.O. 25(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government hereby recognizes M/s. Mitra S.K. Private Limited, Holding No. 22/107, Plot No. 784, Ward no. 8, Khajanchak, 1st Floor, Beside India Hotel, Haldia, Dist.-Purba Medinipur, West Bengal - 721602, as an agency for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification, for the inspection of Minerals and Ores Group-I, namely, Iron Ore and Ferromanganese Ore and Group-II, namely, Chrome Ore, including Chrome Concentrates, specified in the Schedules annexed to the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce vide numbers S.O. 3975, dated the 20th December, 1965 and S.O. 3978, dated the 20th December, 1965 respectively, prior to export of said Minerals and Ores at Haldia Port and Kolkata Port, West Bengal subject to the following conditions, namely: -
(i) that M/s. Mitra S.K. Private Limited, Holding No. 22/107, Plot No. 784, Ward no. 8, Khajanchak, 1st Floor, Beside India Hotel, Haldia, Dist.-Purba Medinipur, West Bengal -721602, shall give adequate facilities to the officers nominated by the Export Inspection Council in this behalf to carry out the inspection specified under rule 4 of the Export of Minerals and Ores - Group I (Inspection) Rules, 1965;
(ii) that M/s Mitra S.K. Private Limited, Holding No. 22/107, Plot No. 784, Ward no. 8, Khajanchak, 1st Floor, Beside India Hotel, Haldia, Dist.-Purba Medinipur, West Bengal -721602, in the performance of their function under this notification shall be bound by such directions as the Director (Inspection and Quality Control), Export Inspection Council may give in writing from time to time.
