खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपर िजलािधकारी एवं कले(cid:4)टर, दि(cid:9)ण ि(cid:11)पुरा, बेलोिनया को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या ८ के ०.००० कि०मी० से ि(cid:11)पुरा राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट संपक(cid:17) १.२०० कि०मी० (सब(cid:19)म- भारत/बांगलादेश सीमा खंड) तक के भूखण्ड का निर्माण (पे(cid:21)ड शो(cid:25)डर के साथ दो लेन का बनाने/चौड़ा करने] vkfn), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th January, 2017

S.O. 46(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes Additional District Magistrate & Collector, South Tripura District, Belonia as the competent authority to perform the functions of such Authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land km 0.000 to km 1.200 (Sabroom- India/ Bangladesh Border Section) link of the National Highway No. 8 for building (Two- laning with paved shoulder), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Tripura under NH (O) as specified in the Schedule given below.

Acquisition of land in respect of the link of National Highway No. 8 in the State of Tripura on the stretch from km. 0.000 to km. 1.200 (Sabroom- India/ Bangladesh Border Section)
