का. आ. 48(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकहित में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि महाराष्ट्र राज्य में उरण-चाकण- शिक्रापुर एल.पी.जी. के परिवहन के लिए हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा एक पाइपलाइन बिछाई जानी चाहिए :

और केन्द्रीय सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उक्त भूमि मे जो इस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची मे वर्णित है और जिसमें पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने का प्रस्ताव है उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए :

अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंं का प्रयोग करते हुए, भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है :

कोई भी व्यक्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि में हितबद्व है, उस तारीख से, जिसको भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाशित इस अधिसूचना की प्रतियाँ साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है , इक्कीस दिन के भीतर इसमें उपयोग के अधिकार करने या भूमि के नीचे पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने के संबंध में उपजिलाधिकारी तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी, हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, उरण-चाकण-शिक्रापुर एल.पी.जी पाइपलाइन परियोजना, प्लाट नं. 12, सेक्टर - 11, रोड नं. 16 नई पनवेल, जिला-रायगड, महाराष्ट्र- 410206 को लिखित रूप में आक्षेप भेज सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2017

S. O. 48(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest to lay pipeline for the transportation of Petroleum Products "from Uran to Chakan - Shikrapur LPG Pipeline Project in the State of Maharashtra", should be laid by the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited;

And, whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, \Yi.thin twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of this notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein or laying of the pipeline under the land, to the Dy. Collector and Competent Authority, Uran-Chakan Shikrapur LPG Pipeline Project, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Plot No.-12, Sector-11, Road No.-16, New Panvel- 410206 Maharashtra.

का. आ. 49(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार पेट्रोलियम एवं खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम 1962 (1962 का 50) में प्राप्त शक्तियोंं का प्रयोग करते हुए अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना का.आ. 1485(अ), दिनांक 06 जून, 2014 प्रकाशन दिनांक 09 जून, 2014 के पृष्ठ संख्या 1 से 33 भाग (II) धारा 3 की उपधारा ( II ) के अधिसूचित भाग में निम्नवत संशोधन किये हैं।

इस अधिसूचना का.आ. 1485 (अ) दिनांक 06 जून 2014 प्रकाशन दिनांक 09 जून 2014 में ग्राम मोठे वेणगाव के पृष्ठ संख्या 10 (हिन्दी) एवं 26 (अंग्रेजी ) के कुछ गाटा संख्याओंं के क्षे़त्रफल में संलग्न अनुसार कुछ हटाए गए व संशोधित किये गए।

S. O. 49(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-section (1) of the section 6 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (Central Act 50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the part notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas S. O. No. 1485 (E), dated 6th June 2014 published in pages 1 to 33 in Part II , section 3, sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, dated 9th June 2014 namely,4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] In the notification S. O. No. 1485 ( E), dated 6th June 2014 published in the gazette on 9th June, 2014, at page numbers, 26, the area of plots of lands in certain survey numbers published under village Mothe Vengaon, Karjat Tehasil,' Raigad District to be deleted or amended as per Annexure No.1.
