dk-vk- 58¼v½-&पैट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) के भाग 2 के खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण में केंद्र सरकार निम्नोक्त तालिका के स्तम्भ (2) में में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों के लिए ऑइल एंड नैचुरल गैस कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन बिछाने हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के तहत सक्षम प्राधिकार का कार्य निष्पादित करने के लिए नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तम्भ (1) में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को प्राधिकृत करती है, नामतः

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2017
S.O. 58(E).—In pursuance clause(a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby Authorizes the authority mentioned in column (1) of the schedule given below to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the said Act for laying of pipeline by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited in respect of the areas specified in column (2) of the said schedule.
