सा.का.नि. 15(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, वक्फ अधिनियम, 1995 (1995 का 43) के खंड 12 के उप-खंड (1) और उप-खंड (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्रीय वक्फ परिषद् (समूह ''क, ख और ग'' अराजपत्रित, अननुसचिवीय पद) भर्ती नियम, 2014 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्ः-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केंद्रीय वक्फ परिषद् (समूह ''क, ख और ग'' अराजपत्रित, अननुसचिवीय पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. केंद्रीय वक्फ परिषद् (समूह ''क, ख और ग'' अराजपत्रित, अननुसचिवीय पद) भर्ती नियम, 2014 की अनुसूची में, --
(I) सहायक (लेखा)/लेखाकार पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 6 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''टिप्पण : आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''
(II) सहायक (विधि) पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 7 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''टिप्पण : आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''
(III) सहायक (विकास)/सहायक पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 8 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''टिप्पण : आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, 91 GI/2017

(IV) आशुलिपिक पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 9 के सामने,
(क) स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''टिप्पणः आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''
(ख) स्तंभ 7 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में, ''(क) आवश्यक'' शीर्षक के अधीन, (iii) मद के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-
''(iii) माइक्रोसाफ्ट आफिस (एम.एस. वर्ड, एक्सल, पावर पांइट आदि), इंटरनेट सर्फिंग, ई-मैल में कम्प्यूटर का पर्याप्त ज्ञान और कंप्यूटर पर प्रत्येक शब्द के लिए 5 की डिप्रैशन के औसत पर 10500 केडीपीएच/9000 केडीपीएच के समरूप अंग्रेजी में 35 शब्द प्रति मिनट या हिन्दी में 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट की टंकण गति। ''
(V) ग्रंथालय, प्रलेखन तथा संदर्भ सहायक पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 10 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''टिप्पणः आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''
(VI) सहायक प्रोग्रामर पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 11 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

(VII) उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 12 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''टिप्पणः आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''
(VIII) लेखा लिपिक पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 13 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''टिप्पणः आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''
(IX) अवर श्रेणी लिपिक पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 14 के सामने,
(क) स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] 3''टिप्पणः आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''
(ख) स्तंभ 7 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में, ''(क) आवश्यक'' शीर्षक के अधीन, (ii) मद के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-

(XI) डिस्पेच राइडर/ड्राइवर-कम-डिस्पेच राइडर पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 16 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
''टिप्पण : आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''
(XII) मल्टी-टास्किंग स्टॉफ (एमटीएस) पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 17 के सामने, स्तंभ 6 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''टिप्पणः आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।''

G.S.R. 15(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 12 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Waqf Council (Group 'A, B and C' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:—

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Waqf Council (Group 'A, B and C' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014, in the Schedule,-
(I) against serial number 6, relating to the post of Assistant (Accounts) / Accountant, in the entries under column 6, for the Note, the following Note shall be substituted, namely:-
"Note : The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from candidates in India except the closing date prescribed for those in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti district and Pangi Sub-division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep." ;
(II) against serial number 7, relating to the post of Assistant (Legal), in the entries under column 6, for the Note, the following Note shall be substituted, namely:-

(V) against serial number 10, relating to the post of Library, Documentation and Reference Assistant, in the entries under column 6, for the Note, the following Note shall be substituted, namely:-
