का.आ. 109(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए डिप्टी क्लेक्टर और प्रांत अधिकारी, वेरावल को गुजरात राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 8ई के 232.200 कि.मी. से 263.000 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ंसक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रुप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the, 12th January, 2017
S.O. 109(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby authorises the Deputy Collector & Prant Officer – Veraval as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 232.200 to Km. 263.000 of the National Highway No. 8E for building (widening / four laning, etc.), maintenance management and operation in the state of Gujarat as specified in the Schedule given below.
