dk-vk- 115¼v½-—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त 'ाक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1286 (अ), तारीख 1 अप्रैल, 2016, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) मेंं तारीख 1 अप्रैल, 2016 को प्रकाि'ात की गई थी, में एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित सं'ाोधन करती हैं, अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची मेंः-

i) जिला ''नांदेड'' से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने, तालुक/तहसील ''नांदेड'', पुलिस थाना ''नांदेड ग्रामीण'' के सामन,े कॉलम संख्या (7क) में, क्रम संख्या 3क गांव ''असरजन'' के स्थान पर ''असदवन'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

राजे'ा गुप्ता, उप सचिव ikn fVIi.kh% मूल अधिसूचना का.आ. 1286(अ), तारीख 1 अप्रैल, 2016, द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) में, तारीख 1 अप्रैल, 2016 को प्रकाि'ात की गई थी ।

S.O. 115(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway S.O 1286(E) dated 01.04.2016, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) dated 01.04.2016, namely:—

In the Schedule to the said notification—

i) Against Column number 4 related to district "Nanded", against taluka/Tahsil "Nanded", Police station "Nanded Rural, in column (7a) serial number 3A name of the village "Asarjan" shall be replace with "Asadwan".
