2. यत: कोई आपन(cid:7275)यां / सुर्झा (cid:7079)ा(cid:7009)त नह(cid:7277) (cid:7263)ए े र्एं इसनलए ािंच और सुर्नाई बोड(cid:6981) क(cid:7409) बैठक आयोनति नह(cid:7277) क(cid:7409) गई है ोि (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली र्नकास (cid:7079)ानधकरण (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7021)ानपत क(cid:7409) गई ी र्एं (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली र्नकास (cid:7079)ानधकरण क(cid:7409) बैठक म(cid:7286) अनुमो(cid:7408)दत क(cid:7409) गई ी ।
3. यत: के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार के इस मामले के सभी पहलुओ पर (cid:7007)यानर्पू(cid:6981)क र्नचार करने के प(cid:7019)चात (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली मु(cid:6990)य योनिा- 2021 म(cid:7286) संोधन करने का ननण(cid:6981)य नलया है ।
4. अत: अब, उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 11-क क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (2) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार एत(cid:7375)ारा भारत के रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) इस अनधसूचना के (cid:7079)कानत होने क(cid:7409) तारीख से उ(cid:7334) (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली मु(cid:6990)य योनिा - 2021 म(cid:7286) नन(cid:7388)नलनखत संोधन करती है :

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2017
S.O. 126(E).—Whereas, certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi-2021 as part of its review exercise which were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide S.O. 2735(E) dated 19.08.2016 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/suggestions as required by sub-section (3) of Section 11-A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of said notice.
2. Whereas, no objections/ suggestions were received and thus the meeting of Board of Enquiry and Hearing has not been convene which was setup by the Delhi Development Authority and approved at the meeting of the Delhi Development Authority.
3. Whereas, the Central Government has, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi-2021.
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi-2021 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.

| 1. | 12.14.3.6 BI-LEVEL PARKING FOR PUBLIC BUSES Land is scarce and efficient use of land for bus parking is essential. At the same time, in order to reduce dead mileage and making buses travel to locations outside the city to depots in large plots of land, it is more desirable to provide them parking within developed urban areas in multi-use multilevel parking facilities with bus parking in upper-basement and lower ground levels, and parking for smaller vehicles may be provided in other levels.
