ककककाााा....आआआआ.... 131131131131(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ).—विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2015-20 के पैरा 1.02 के साथ पठित, यथा संशोधित, विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 की सं0 22) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा पशु अव-उत्पादों के निर्यात से संबंधित निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी (एचएस) वर्गीकरण की अनुसूची 2 में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संषोधन करती है।
2. अध्याय 5 में क्र. सं. 38क और 41क पर नई प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार जोड़ा जाएगा और क्र. सं. 40 और 41 के सामने मौजूदा प्रविष्टियां निम्नानुसार बदली जाएंगी :

Subject : Export Policy of Animal By-Products.
S.O. 131(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015- 20, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment, with immediate effect, in Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items relating to export of Animal By-Products.
2. The existing entries against Sl. No. 38A, 40, 41 and 41A of Chapter 5 shall be substituted as follows:
