के अनुसार (cid:1)द(cid:3)ली िवकास "ािधकरण *ारा (cid:1)दनांक 19.08.201619.08.201619.08.201619.08.2016 क( का.आ. 2734273427342734(अ) के तहत साव,जिनक सूचना के /प म(cid:15) भारत के राजप(cid:28),,,,असाधारण म(cid:15) "कािशत (cid:1)कया गया था िजसम(cid:15) उ2 नो3टस क( तारीख से तीस (cid:1)दन के अंदर उ2 अिधिनयम क( धारा 11111111----क क( उप-धारा(3) (3) (3) (3) *ारा यथा अपेि(cid:27)त आपि6यां/सुझाव आमंि(cid:28)त (cid:1)कए गए थे।

2.2.2.2. यत: "#तािवत संशोधन के संबंध म(cid:15) कोई भी आपि6/ सुझाव "ा=त नह> ?आ है; ; ; ; और

3. यत: के (cid:18)(cid:19) सरकार ने इस मामले के सभी पहलुA पर Bयानपूव,क िवचार करने के पCचात् (cid:1)द(cid:3)ली----2021/2021/2021/2021/जोन-सी क( (cid:27)े(cid:28)ीय िवकास योजना के िलए मु(cid:9)य योजना म(cid:15) संशोिधत करने का िनण,य िलया है ।

4.4.4.4. अत: अब, उ2 अिधिनयम क( धारा 11111111----क क( उप-धारा (2) *ारा "द6 शि2य! का "योग करते ?ए, , , , के (cid:18)(cid:19) सरकार एतGारा भारत के राजप(cid:28) म(cid:15) इस अिधसूचना के "कािशत होने क( तारीख से उ2 (cid:1)द(cid:3)ली मु(cid:9)य योजना----2021202120212021////जोन सी क( (cid:27)े(cid:28)ीय िवकास योजना म(cid:15) िनIिलिखत संशोधन करती है:—

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2017

S.O. 150(E).—Whereas, certain modification which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi regarding the area mentioned hereunder was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide S.O. No. 2734(E) dated 19.08.2016 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions as required by sub-section(3) of Section 11A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice. 2. Whereas no objection/ suggestion has been received with regard to the proposed modifications; and 3. Whereas, the Central Government have, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi-2021/ Zonal Development Plan of Zone C. 4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 11A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan of Delhi-2021/ Zonal Development Plan of Zone C with effect from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.
