का.आ. 171(अ).—समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित विदेश (cid:7018)यापार नीति, 2015-2020 के पैरा 1.02 और 2.01 के साथ प(cid:7407)ठत विदेश (cid:7018)यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 क(cid:7409) धारा 3 (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त श(िcid:6989)तय(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार एत(cid:7375)ारा आईटीसी (एचएस) 2012, अनुसूची-1 (आयात नीति) के ए(िcid:6989)जम कोड 080280 के तहत सुपारी के आयात क(cid:7409) नीतिगत शत(cid:7300) म(cid:7286) नि(cid:7013)नानुसार संशोधन करती है:
2. आईटीसी (एचएस) 2012, अनुसूची-1 (आयात नीति) के अ(cid:7007)याय-8 के नि(cid:7013)नलिखित ए(िcid:6989)जम कोड(cid:7298) के अंतग(cid:6981)त सुपारी के मौजूदा सीआईएफ मू(cid:7016)य '162/- (cid:7271). और उससे अधिक (cid:7079)ति (cid:7408)कलो(cid:7061)ाम' को संशोधित कर 251/- और उससे अधिक (cid:7079)ति (cid:7408)कलो(cid:7061)ाम (cid:7408)कया जाता है। संशोधित (cid:7079)वि(िcid:7020)टयां नि(cid:7013)नानुसार ह(cid:7298)गी:-

S.O. 171(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Import Policy Conditions of arecanut under Exim Code 0802 80 of Chapter 8 of ITC (HS) 2012, Schedule 1 (Import Policy) as under:
2. The CIF value of Areca Nuts under the following Exim Codes of Chapter 8 of ITC (HS) 2012, Schedule 1 (Import Policy) is revised from the present 'Rs.162/- and above per Kilogram' to 'Rs.251/- and above per Kilogram'. The revised entries shall be as under:

2. Effect of this Notification : The minimum price for import of Areca Nuts is enhanced from existing Rs. 162/- to Rs. 251/- per Kilogram.
