सं.1-सीए(7)/179/2016.-चार्टर्ड एकाउटैन्टस अधिनियम, 1988 के विनियम 159(1A) के अनुसरण में दि इंस्टीटयूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउटैन्टस ऑफ इंडिया की परिषद, पूर्व भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की एक शाखा की दिनांक 10 अगस्त 2016 से झारसुगुढ़ा जिले, में स्थापना को अधिसूचित करती है।
यह शाखा पूर्व भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की झारसुगुढ़ा शाखा के नाम से जानी जायेगी ।
इस शाखा के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत झारसुगुढ़ा जिले के सभी स्थान आयेंगे।
जैसा कि विनियम 159(3) में विहित किया गया है, यह शाखा परिषद् के नियंत्रण, पर्यवेक्षण तथा निदेशों के अधीन रहते हुए पूर्व भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की मार्फत कार्य करेगी तथा ऐसे निर्देशों का पालन करेगी, जो परिषद् द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किये जायेंगें।

No.1-CA (7)/ (187)/2016.—In partial modification of the notification no. 1- CA.(7)/180/2016 dated 29.09.2016, it is hereby notified that name of the newly set up Branch of EIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Ganjam District which was named as "Ganjam Branch of EIRC of ICAI" has been changed and the same shall now be known as "Brahmapur Branch of EIRC of ICAI".
The Head Quarter of the Branch shall be at Brahmapur and the jurisdiction of the Branch shall cover the whole district of Ganjam.
