Qk la- 7-2@2016-vkbZvkbZlh,.—भारतीय कारपोरेट कार्य संस्थान सोसायटी नियम के नियम 7 के उप नियम (iii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार श्री सुनील अरोड़ा, आइएएस (सेवानिव्त्त) (आरजे : 80) को 19 दिसम्बर, 2016 की अपराह्न से 5 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या 65 वर्ष की आयु होने तक या अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो पहले हो, के लिए भारतीय कारपोरेट कार्य संस्थान में महानिदेशक एवं मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है।

F. No. 7-2/2016-IICA.— In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 7 of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs Society Rules, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sunil Arora, IAS (Retd.) (RJ : 80) as Director General & Chief Executive Officer in the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs with effect from the afternoon of 19th December, 2016 for a period of 5 years or till attaining the age of 65 years or until further order, whichever is earlier
