....————संिवधान के अनु(cid:4)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:20)ए राष्ट्रपति एतद् द्वारा भारतीय सव(cid:27)क्षण िवभाग (समूह 'क') सेवा िनयमावली, 1989 में संशोधन करने के िलए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थातः—
(1) इन नियमों को भारतीय सव(cid:27)क्षण िवभाग (समूह 'क') सेवा (संशोधन) िनयमावली, 2016 कहा जाएगा।
(2) वे सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. भारतीय सव(cid:27)क्षण िवभाग (समूह 'क') सेवा िनयमावली, 1989 में अनुसूची IV कॉलम 10 के िलए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः
"इस /ेणी में 3 वष2 की िनयिमत सेवा के साथ एसएजी में अिधकारी (वेतन संरचना का लेवल 14) अथवा इस सेवा में समूह 'क' पदों में 25 वष2 की िनयिमत सेवा जिसमें से कम से कम 1 वर्ष की िनयिमत सेवा एसएजी में होनी चािहए, के साथ अिधकारी "।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January, 2017
G.S.R. 48(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Survey of India (Group 'A') Service Rules, 1989, namely: -
(1) These rules may be called the Survey of India (Group 'A') Service (Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Survey of India (Group 'A') Service Rules, 1989, for Schedule IV Column10, the following shall be substituted namely:-
"Officers in the SAG (Level 14 in Pay Matrix) with 3 years' regular service in the grade OR Officers with 25 years' regular service in Group 'A' posts in the service out of which at least 1 year regular service should be in the SAG."
