सा.का.नन. 58(अ).—कनतपय ननयम(cid:7298) का नन(cid:7388)नलनखत (cid:7079)ा(cid:7271)प नसिम(cid:7286) क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार,र् ायुयान अनधननयम, 1934 (1934 का 22) क(cid:7409) धारा-5 के (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए र्ायुयान ननयम, 1937 म(cid:7286) और संोधन करने का (cid:7079)(cid:7021)र्ता करती है, नसिे उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा-14 क(cid:7409) अपे(cid:6979)ानुसार ऐसे (cid:7390)न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) ािनकारी के नलए, ननिके उनसे (cid:7079)भार्नत होने क(cid:7409) संर्भाना है, (cid:7079)कानत (cid:7408)कया ािता है और एत(cid:7375)ारा सूचना दी ािती है (cid:7408)क भारत के रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)कानत अनधसूचना क(cid:7409) (cid:7079)नतय(cid:7298) को र्सा(cid:6981)निनक (cid:7272)प से उपल(cid:7011)ध कराए ािने क(cid:7409) तारीख से तीस (cid:7408)दन क(cid:7409) र्अनध के प(cid:7391)ात उ(cid:7334) (cid:7079)ा(cid:7271)प पर र्नचार (cid:7408)कया ािएगा;
य(cid:7408)द कोई आ(cid:6979)ेप या सुर्झा हो तो उसे महाननदेक नागर र्नमानन, सदरंिग र्हाई अ(cid:7355)े के सामने, नई (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली -110003 को या dgoffice.dgcanic.in पर भ(cid:7286)ेि;
उ(cid:7334) र्ननन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) र्अनध के समा(cid:7385) होने से र्पू(cid:6981) उ(cid:7334) (cid:7079)ा(cid:7271)प ननयम(cid:7298) के बाबत य(cid:7408)द (cid:7408)कसी (cid:7390)न(cid:7334) से कोई आ(cid:6979)ेप या सुर्झा (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) होता है, तो उस पर क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार (cid:7367)ारा र्नचार (cid:7408)कया ािएगा।
(cid:7079)ा(cid:7271)प ननयम
1. (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7385) नामर् ायुयान (............संोधन), ननयम, 2017 है
(2) ये सरकारी रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृ(cid:7275) ह(cid:7298)गे।
2. र्ायुयान ननयम, 1937 म(cid:7286),-
(1) ननयम 134क म(cid:7286), उप-ननयम (4) म(cid:7286)," दो" (cid:7011)द के (cid:7021)ान पर " पँच" (cid:7011)द को (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कया ािए;

(क) उप-ननयम (1) म(cid:7286),-
(i) ख(cid:7003)ड (i) म(cid:7286), "25,000/- (cid:7272)पये'', (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) और अंक(cid:7298) के (cid:7021)ान पर "50,000/- (cid:7272)'', (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) और अंक(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कया ािए;
(ii) ख(cid:7003)ड (ii) म(cid:7286), "1,00,000/- (cid:7272)पये'', (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) और अंक(cid:7298) के (cid:7021)ान पर "5,00,000/- (cid:7272)'', (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) और अंक(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कया ािए;
(iii) ख(cid:7003)ड (iii) म(cid:7286), "50,000/- (cid:7271)पये'', (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) और अंक(cid:7298) के (cid:7021)ान पर "2,50,000/- (cid:7272)'', (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) और अंक(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कया ािए;
(ख) उप-ननयम (2) म(cid:7286), नन(cid:7388)नलनखत उप-ननयम को (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कया ािए, अा(cid:6981)तः-
"(2) (cid:7409)स का संदाय महाननदेक (cid:7367)ारा र्ननन(cid:7416)द(cid:6979)(cid:7397) रीनत म(cid:7286) (cid:7408)कया ािए।"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2017
G.S.R. 58(E).—The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937, which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (22 of 1934), is hereby published as required by section 14 of the said Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after a period of thirty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India, in which this notification is published, are made available to the public;
Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Director-General of Civil Aviation, Opposite Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi-110003 or mail to [email protected];
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the Central Government.
DRAFT RULES
1. (1) These rules may be called the Aircraft (……. Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Aircraft Rules, 1937, ―
(1) inrule 134A, in sub-rule (4), for the word, "two" the word, "five" shall be substituted at both
the places;

(2) in rule 134C,―
(a) sub-rule (1),―
(i) in clause (i) for the word and figures, "Rs. 25,000/-" , the word and figures, "Rs. 50,000/-" shall be substituted;
(ii) in clause (ii) for the word and figures, "Rs. 1,00,000/-", the word and figures, "Rs. 5,00,000/-" shall be substituted;
(iii) in clause (iii) for the word and figures, "Rs. 50,000/-", the word and figures, "Rs. 2,50,000/-" shall be substituted;
(b) for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) The fee shall be paid in a manner as specified by the Director-General."
