का.आ. 197(अ).—के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, सरकारी (cid:7021)ान (अ(cid:7079)ानधकृ त अनधभोनगय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) बेदखली) अनधननयम, 1971 (1971 का 40) क(cid:7409) धारा 3 (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए और तारीख 2 मई, 2011 क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या का.आ. 1065(अ) के तहत भारत सरकार, सं(cid:7021)कृ नत मं(cid:7074)ालय क(cid:7409) अनधसूचना के अनध(cid:7059)मण म(cid:7286), उन बात(cid:7298) के नर्साय अनध(cid:7059)ांत करते (cid:7263)ए न(िcid:7008)ह(cid:7286) ऐसे अनध(cid:7059)मण से पहले (cid:7408)कया गया है या करने का लोप (cid:7408)कया गया है, उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम के (cid:7079)योनिा(cid:6981) भारत सरकार के रापिन(cid:7074)त अनधकारी को नीचे दी गई तानलका के (cid:7021)तंभ (1) म(cid:7286) उन(cid:7016)लनखत अनधकारी को एतद(cid:7367)ारा संपदा अनधकारी के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) ननयु(cid:6989)त करती है और यह ननदे देती है (cid:7408)क उ(cid:6989)त अनधकारी, उ(cid:6989)त तानलका के (cid:7021)तंभ (2) म(cid:7286) उन(cid:7016)लनखत सरकारी (cid:7021)ान के संबंध म(cid:7286) और (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)ानधकार क(cid:7409) सीमा के भीतर, उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम (cid:7367)ारा या इसके अधीन स(cid:7013)पदा अनधकारी क(cid:7409) (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करेगा और अनधरोनपत कत(cid:6981)(cid:7018)य(cid:7298) का नर्न(cid:6981)हन करेगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th January, 2017

S.O. 197(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Culture vide number S.O.1065(E), dated 2nd May, 2011, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (1) of the Table below being a gazette officer of the Government of India to be estate officer for the purpose of the said Act, and directs that the said officer shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the estate officer by or under the said Act, within the limits of jurisdiction and in respect of the public premises specified in column (2) of the said Table.
