फा. सं. 6(1)/95-नालसा.—केन्द्रीय प्राधिकरण, राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम, 1995 के नियम 10, के साथ पठित सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 (1987 का 39) की धारा 3-अ के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री रंजन गोगोई को िदनांक 13.01.2017 उच्चतम न्यायालय विधिक सेवा समिति का अध्यक्ष नामांकित करता है और दिनांक 9.2.2000 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 115 (अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात :-

उच्च अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 और उससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टयों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थातः-

1. न्यायमूर्ति श्री रंजन गोगोई - अध्यक्ष न्यायधीश, भारत का उच्चतम न्यायालय

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2017

F. No. 6(1)/95-NALSA.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987) read with Rule 10 of the National Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995, the Central Authority hereby nominates Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ranjan Gogoi , Judge, Supreme Court of India, as Chairman of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee with effect from 13th January, 2017 and makes the following amendments in its Notification No. S.O.115(E) dated 09.02.2000, namely:-

In the said Notification, for the serial number (1) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:-

1. "MR. JUSTICE RANJAN GOGOI – CHAIRMAN"

Judge, Supreme Court of India.
