सासासासा....काकाकाका....निनिनिनि.... 64(अ)64(अ)64(अ)64(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 का 35) की धारा 156 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल के पैरा चिकित्सीय काडर (समूह 'अ', 'ब' एवं 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2010 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थातः-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम, भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल, पैरा चिकित्सा कर्मचारी वृंद (समूह 'अ', 'ब' एवं 'ग' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2016 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल, पैरा चिकित्सा कर्मचारीवृंद (समूह 'अ', 'ब' एवं 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2010 की अनुसूची मेंः-
(क) क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने उप-निरीक्षक (स्टाफ नर्स) के पद से संबंधित स्तम्भ 8 में पैरा 6 के अधीन, "शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण, लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में अर्हित होना चाहिए" शब्दों के स्थान पर "शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण और लिखित परीक्षा में अर्हित अवश्य होना चाहिए" शब्द रखे जाएंगे।
(ख) क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने सहायक उप-निरीक्षक (भेशजज्ञ) के पद से संबंधित स्तम्भ 8 में पैरा 6 के अधीन, "शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण, लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में अर्हित होना चाहिए" शब्दों के स्थान पर "शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण और लिखित परीक्षा में अर्हित अवश्य होना चाहिए" शब्द रखे जाएंगे।
(ग) क्रम संख्या 7 के सामने, सहायक उप-निरीक्षक (विकिरण चित्रकार) से संबंधित स्तम्भ 8 में पैरा 5 के अधीन, "शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण, लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में अर्हित होना चाहिए", शब्दों के स्थान पर "शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण और लिखित परीक्षा में अर्हित अवश्य होना चाहिए" शब्द रखे जाएंगे।
(घ) क्रम संख्या 9 के सामने, सहायक उप-निरीक्षक (प्रयोगशाला तकनीकी) से संबंधित स्तम्भ 8 में पैरा 6 के अधीन, "शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण, लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में अर्हित होना चाहिए", शब्दों के स्थान पर "शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण और लिखित परीक्षा में अर्हित अवश्य होना चाहिए" शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

G.S.R. 64(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub section (2) of section 156 of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force, Para Medical Cadre, (Group 'A', 'B' & 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2010, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force, Para Medical Cadre, (Group 'A', 'B' & 'C' Posts) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the schedule to the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force, Para Medical Cadre, (Group 'A', 'B' and 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2010:
(a) against the serial Number 3 relating to the post of Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse) in the entries under column 8 in paragraph 6, for the words " written test and interview", the words "Physical efficiency test and written test" shall be substituted .
(b) against the serial Number 5 relating to the post of Assistant Sub Inspector ( Pharmacist) in the entries under column 8 in paragraph 6, for the words " written test and interview", the words "Physical efficiency test and written test" shall be substituted.
(c) against the serial Number 7 relating to the post of Assistant Sub Inspector ( Radiographer) in the entries under column 8 in paragraph 6, for the words "written test and interview", the words "Physical efficiency test and written test" shall be substituted.
(d) against the serial Number 9 relating to the post of Assistant Sub Inspector (Laboratory Technician) in the entries under column 8 in paragraph 6, for the words "written test and interview", the words "Physical efficiency test and written test" shall be substituted.
