काकाकाका....आआआआ.234.234.234.234 ((((अअअअ))))....————के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार, मेट्रो रेल (प्रचालन और अनुरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 60) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते )ए, रेलवे संरक्षा आयुक्त, प0िमी परिमंडल, मुम्बई को राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से अहमदाबाद और गांधी नगर के अधिसूचित महानगर क्षेत्र में अहमदाबाद मेट्रो रेल परियोजना के सम्बन्ध में मेट्रो रेल संरक्षा आयुक्त के रूप में कार्य करने हेतु नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi, the 24th January, 2017
S.O.234(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Metro Railways (Operation & Maintenance) Act, 2002 (60 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Railway Safety, Western Circle, Mumbai to act as the Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety in respect of Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project in the notified Metropolitan Area of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
