काकाकाका. आआआआ. 233(अ)233(अ)233(अ)233(अ) .———— के (cid:3)(cid:4)ीय सरकार रेल अिधिनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (िजसे इसके प(cid:27)ात उ(cid:30) अिधिनयम कहा गया है) क" धरा 20 क क" उप–धारा (1) $ारा %दत शि(cid:30)य( का %योग करते *ए, यह समाधान हो जाने का प(cid:27)ात -क लोक %योजन के िलए यह भूिम, िजसका संि12 िववरण उसके नीचे अनुसूची म7 -दया गया है, राज8थान रा:य के पली िजले म7 िवशेष रेल प<रयोजना -कमी 343/0 से 390/0 के भू भाग म7 (बांगड़Aाम – गुिडया के मCय) "बांगड़Aाम – गुिडया आंिशक दोहरीकरण (47 -कमी)" के िनFपादन, अनुर1ण, %बंधन एवं संचालन के िलए अपेि1त है, ऐसी भूिम का अजHन करने के अपने आशय क" घोषणा करती हJ;

उ(cid:30) भूिम म7 िहतबK कोई Mि(cid:30), इस अिधसूचना के राजपN म7 %काशन क" तारीख से 30 -दन क" अविध के भीतर, उ(cid:30) अिधिनयम क" धारा 20 घ क" उप – धारा (1) के अधीन उपयु H(cid:30) %योजन के िलय ऐसी भूिम के अजHन और उपयोग के संबंध म7 आ1ेप कर सके गा;

%Qयेक ऐसा आदेश स1म अिधकारी अथाथH, स1म %ािधकारी एवं उपखRड अिधकारी, रायपुर िजला पाली (राज8थान) को िलिखत Sप म7 -कया जायेगा और उसमे उसके आधार उपवTणत करेगा और स1म अिधकारी अपे1ाकताH को Mि(cid:30)गत से या िविध Mवसायी के माCयम से सुनवाई का अवसर %दान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आ1ेप( क" सुनवाई करने तथा ऐसी और जाँच य-द कोई है, िजसे स1म अिधकारी आवVयक समझे, करने के प(cid:27)ात् आदेश $ारा या तो आ1ेप( को अनुYात कर सके गा या अननुYात कर सके गा;

उ(cid:30) अिधिनयम क" धारा 20 घ क" उप –धारा (2) के अधीन स1म अिधकारी $ारा -कया गया कोई आदेश अंितम होगा;

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, the 19th January, 2017

S.O. 233 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act. 1989, (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project of "Bangurgram - Guria patch doubling(47Km)" in the stretch of land from KM 343/0 to 390/0 (between Bangurgram- Guria Section) in the district of Pali in the state of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to competent authority, namely, the Sub divisional officer Raipur District Pali (Rajasthan) in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objection and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
