और स(cid:6979)म (cid:7079)ानधकारी ने उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 3घ क(cid:7409) उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म(cid:7286), के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार को अपनी (cid:7407)रपोट(cid:6981) दे दी है;
अतः अब, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, स(cid:6979)म (cid:7079)ानधकारी क(cid:7409) उ(cid:7334) (cid:7407)रपोट(cid:6981) (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) हो ािने पर और उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 3घ क(cid:7409) उपधारा (1) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए यह घोषणा करती है क(cid:7409) उ(cid:7334) अनुसूची म(cid:7286) र्ननन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) भूनम का र्पू(cid:7299)(cid:7334) (cid:7079)योनि के नलए अ(िcid:6981)न (cid:7408)कया ािना चानहए।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhithe 24th January, 2017
S.O. 242 (E).— Whereas by the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 3089(E), dated the 29.09.2016, Published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, Sub-Section (ii) issued under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/Two-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.365 on the stretch of land from Km. 1.000 to Km.72.600 (Nakrekal to Thanamcherla Section) in District Suryapet in the State of Telangana.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "The Hindu (English)" and "Namaste Telangana (Telugu)" dated 21st October, 2016 under sub-section (3) of Section 3A of the said Act.
And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of the sub-section (2) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th January, 2017
S.O. 243 (E).— Whereas by the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 3088 (E), dated the 29th September ,2016, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, Sub-Section (ii) issued under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in theभारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(ii)] 5 Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/Two-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.365 on the stretch of land from Km.1.000 to Km.72.600 (Nakrekal to Thanamcherla Section) in District Nalgonda in the State of Telangana.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "The Indian Express (English)" and
"Sakshi (Telugu)" dated 21st October 2016 under sub-section (3) of Section 3A of the said Act.
And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent authority.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
