अतः, अब, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार औ(cid:7378)ोनगक र्र्नाद अनधननयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) क(cid:7409) धारा 40 क(cid:7409) उपधारा (1) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए एत(cid:7375)ारा उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) (cid:7079)म अनुसूची म(cid:7286), उसक(cid:7409) मद सं. 31 के प(cid:7391)ात् नन(cid:7388)नलनखत मद ोिती है, अा(cid:6981)त् :-
"32. (cid:7408)द ब(cid:7289)क नोट पेपर नमल इंनडया (cid:7079)ार्ईेट नलनमटेड, मैसूर, कना(cid:6981)टक म(cid:7286) र्सेा ।"

421 GI/2017 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th January, 2017
S.O. 251(E).—Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest to add to the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the 'services in the Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited, Mysore, Karnataka';
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 40 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby adds the following item to the First Schedule to the said Act, after item 31 thereof, namely:---
"32. Services in the Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited, Mysore, Karnataka."

अतः, अब, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार औ(cid:7378)ोनगक र्र्नाद अनधननयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) क(cid:7409) धारा 2 के खंड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए एत(cid:7375)ारा उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम के (cid:7079)योनि के नलए उ(cid:7334) उ(cid:7378)ोग को इस अनधसूचना के (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख से छह मास क(cid:7409) र्अनध के नलए लोकोपयोगी र्सेा घोनषत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th January, 2017
S.O. 252(E).—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the public interest requires that the service in the Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited, Mysore, Karnataka, which is covered by entry 32 in the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), should be declared to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares from the date of publication of this notification the said industry to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months.
