dk-vk- 299¼v½.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962, (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण, में तारीख 11 मार्च 2016 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1075(अ) नई दिल्ली, 9 मार्च 2016 में निम्नलिखित रुप से संशाोधन करती है, अर्थातः-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th January, 2017
S.O. 299(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 ( 50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. S.O. No1705 ( E) dated the New Delhi 9 March 2016published in the Gazette of India on the 11 March, 2016 namely:-
In the Said Notification, for the numbers and words,
"Shri Arun Kumar Jha, Competent Authority, Patna-Motihari-Baitalpur Branch Pipeline, Augmentation of PHBPL, Pipeline Replacement ( BKPL), Augmentation of Paradip–Haldia–Durgapur LPG and its extension upto Patna and Muzaffarpur, Motihari –Raxaul Link Pipeline Project and Raxaul-Amlekhgunj Pipeline Project ( in the State of Bihar ) Pipelines Division,Indian Oil Corporation Limited, M3/37, Sri Krishna Puri, Patna Bihar -800001"
