2. चलनच(cid:7074) ((cid:7079)माणन) ननयम, 1983 म(cid:7286), ननयम 36 के (cid:7021)ान पर नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत ननयम रखा ािएगा, अा(cid:6981)त्:-
"36 (cid:7409)स:—(1) (cid:7079)(cid:7004)येक (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच हेतु नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत सारणी म(cid:7286) अनधकनत दर(cid:7298) पर (cid:7409)स (cid:7079)भा(cid:7407)रत क(cid:7409) ािएगी और बोड(cid:6981) के उस (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)ीय के (cid:7008)(cid:7076), हिां (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच क(cid:7409) ािनी है, को नदि र्अा पो(cid:7021)टल आड(cid:6981)र (cid:7367)ारा देय या ब(cid:7289)क (cid:7071)ा(cid:7010)ट के (िcid:7407)रए इसका संदाय (cid:7408)कया ािएगा

(2) ननयम 33 के अधीन प(cid:7407)र्रत(cid:6981)न(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)मानणत करने हेतु (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच के नलए (cid:7409)स-ननयम 33 के अंतग(cid:6981)त प(cid:7407)र्रत(cid:6981)न(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)मानणत करने के नलए एक (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच के नलए (cid:7409)स के र्ल रील या रील(cid:7298) (या कै सेट र्अा कै सट(cid:7298)) के संदभ(cid:6981) म(cid:7286) प(cid:7407)रगनणत क(cid:7409) ािएगी नसिके नह(cid:7021)से या नहस्स(cid:7298) को काटा गया, ोिा गया, रंग (cid:7408)कया गया या अ(cid:7008)या प(cid:7407)र्रत(cid:6981)न (cid:7408)कए गए और इन (cid:7079)योनिा(cid:6981) मूल स(cid:7004)यापन के नलए उपयु (cid:6981)(cid:6989)त सारणी म(cid:7286) र्ननन(cid:7416)द(cid:7020)ट दर लागू होगी:
परंतु हिां प(cid:7407)र्रत(cid:6981)न काट कर (cid:7408)कया ािता है, र्हां एक सौ पचास (cid:7271)पए (cid:7079)(cid:7004)येक अनुमोदन क(cid:7409) दर से (cid:7409)स (cid:7079)भाय(cid:6981) होगा ।
(3) (cid:7079)माण-प(cid:7074) क(cid:7409) दूसरी (cid:7079)नत के नलए एक सौ पचास (cid:7271)पए क(cid:7409) (cid:7409)स का संदाय (cid:7408)कया ािएगा ।
(4) (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच करने से पहले य(cid:7408)द (cid:7079)माणन हेतु (cid:7408)कया गया र्आेदनर् ापस ले नलया ािता है, तो इस संबंध म(cid:7286) बोड(cid:6981) को एक र्आेदन (cid:7408)दए ािने के बाद बोड(cid:6981) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच के नलए र्आेदक (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त रान म(cid:7286) से प(cid:6994)चीस (cid:7079)नतत क(cid:7409) रान काटकर र्आेदक को संदाय (cid:7408)कया ाि सकता है ।
(5) य(cid:7408)द कोई र्आेदक (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच करने के नलए ननधा(cid:6981)(cid:7407)रत (cid:7021)ान पर ननयत (cid:7408)कए गए (cid:7408)दन और समय पर ािंच सनमनत या पुनरी(cid:6979)ण सनमनत के सम(cid:6979) (cid:7079)द(cid:7414)त (cid:7408)कया ाि सकनेर् ाला (cid:7410)(cid:7079)ट (cid:7079)(cid:7021)तुत करने म(cid:7286) असल रहता है तो (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच करने के (cid:7079)योनिा(cid:6981) अगली तारीख, (cid:7021)ान और समय ननधा(cid:6981)(cid:7407)रत करने से पहले (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच करने के नलए देय (cid:7409)स के प(cid:6994)चीस (cid:7079)नतत का अनत(cid:7407)र(cid:6989)त संदाय (cid:7408)कया ािएगा ।
(6) य(cid:7408)द, भूर्ल या गलत प(cid:7407)रकलन करने से र्अा ऐसे (cid:7408)कसी अ(cid:7008)य कारण से र्आेदक (cid:7408)कसी (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म क(cid:7409) ािंच करने हेतु इन ननयम(cid:7298) के अधीन संदेय (cid:7409)स क(cid:7409) रकम से अनधक रान का संदाय करता है तो बोड(cid:6981) इस नननम(cid:7004)त (cid:7408)कए गए र्आेदन पर (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म के (cid:7079)माणन क(cid:7409) तारीख से एकर् ष(cid:6981) क(cid:7409) र्अनध के भीतर इस (cid:7079)कार अनधक संद(cid:7004)त क(cid:7409) गई रकम को र्आेदक कोर् ापस कर सके गा ।
(7) कोई (cid:7018)यन(cid:6989)त ोि (cid:7408)कसी (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म के (cid:7079)माणन या उसके संबंध म(cid:7286) (cid:7408)कसी अ(cid:7008)य र्ननन(cid:7020)ट के बारे म(cid:7286) ािनकारी के नलए बोड(cid:6981) को र्आेदन करता है,र् ह र्आेदन के सा (cid:7079)(cid:7004)येक (cid:7408)(cid:7016)म के ीष(cid:6981)क के नलए प(cid:7289)तीस (cid:7271)पए क(cid:7409) अ(cid:7008र्)ेषण (cid:7409)स का संदाय करेगा ।"

G.S.R. 77(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes these rules further to amend the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983, namely:—
2. In the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983, for rule 36, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"36. Fees.-(1) A fee shall be charged for the examination of every film at the rates laid down in the following Table and the same shall be paid either in cash or remitted by postal order or bank draft to the regional centre of the Board where the film is to be examined.

(2) Fee for the examination of a film for certifying alterations under rule 33 shall be calculated only with reference to the reel or reels (or cassette or cassettes), in which the portion or portions excised, added, coloured or otherwise altered occur and for the purposes the rate specified in the table aforesaid for original certification shall be applicable:
Provided that where the alteration is by excision, the fee chargeable shall be at the rate of one hundred and fifty rupees per each endorsement.
(3) A fee of one hundred and fifty rupees shall be paid for a duplicate copy of the certificate.
(4) In the event of an application for certification being withdrawn before the film is examined, the Board may on an application made to it in that behalf, refund to the applicant the amount of fee paid towards the examination of the film after deducting twenty-five per cent. of the amount so paid.
(5) In the event of an applicant failing to present a runnable print before the Examination Committee or the Revising Committee on the day and time and at the place fixed for such examination, an additional fee of twenty-five per cent. of the fee payable for examination of the film under this Table shall be paid before another place, date and time for the examination of the film is fixed.
6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)](6) If, by mistake, miscalculation or such other reason, the applicant pays towards fee for the examination of any film any amount in excess of the amount of fee payable under these rules, the Board may, on an application made in that behalf, within a period of one year from the date of certification of the film, refund to the applicant the amount so paid in excess.
(7) Any person who applies to the Board for information regarding the certification or any other particular in respect of a film shall along with the application, pay a search fee of thirty-five rupees per each title of the film."
