New Delhi, the 2nd February, 2017
G.S.R. 85(E).—In exercise of the power conferred under clause (2B) of section 48 of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (31 of 1956), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Rule, 1972, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such recession.
